Great place and Pataua is magic. Graham's place is terrific and kept meticulously. It was peaceful and well appointed. Very functional and well supplied kitchen and great grill on the lovely deck. We were only able to stay a couple nights but this was a great spot to see Pataua from.

Absolutely stunning location for your true Bay of Islands experience. Such a well appointed 2 bedroom holiday flat with everything you need and more. So immaculately clean, and gorgeous linen. Comfy beds and cozy lounge. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Karen’s place has amazing views over the bay of islands, it looked even better than the photos! The apartment is spacious and clean, and has a big comfy bed. It is walkable in 20mins from Russell if you don’t mind a hill walk (note it’s a bit steep) which was good for us, or a very short drive. We had a great time at Karen’s place and would definitely come back!

Lovely Central position with beautiful views and lovely host . Walking distance to everywhere in Paihia right behind shops . Host was also lovely . There are 4 lots of stairs to get your luggage up to the unit from the car park . Which would not suit elderly people with lots of luggage or health issues . Thanks very much for stay - we would stay again and recommend to others .

Very kind and friendly hosts, communication is great. They were open to us checking in a little earlier. Those home touches are devine, breakfast and hit drinks provided made us feel at home. Very private accom and our privacy is always respected. We will continue to book with Sue and Murray in the future

We loved our short stay at Tui Ridge, made all the more enjoyable through the kindness and thoughtfulness of our host. Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Superb little apartment - glorious view of sunrise over sparkling water. Sailboats bobbing on their tethers, cheeky air and land birds feeding and calling in the gardens at the edge of the deck. Comfy chairs positions with plenty of cushions and lap blankets to make the most of the setting evening sun on our backs. Bed was extremely comfortable, lovely bedding. Bathroom clean, spacious and very well appointed. Great BBQ, good 2 burner cooker, oven looked good but we didn’t use on this visit. Apartment was stuffed to bursting full of goodies to make use of - every drawer and the fridge filled with every implement/condiment/sauce/spice you might want to use. Manon and Neville were very generous, attentive hosts - thank you.

What a spectacular view from the balcony in an absolutely gorgeous living space. Everything was so lovely, a fabulous cosy living room with superb view, bathroom with amenities etc, lovely comfy bedroom (with an amazing view in the morning) and the view from the balcony was startlingly beautiful looking over the bay as the sunset. Sheila and Denis were such lovely hosts and took care to check in, loved the little thoughtful extras they left :). I'd definitely recommend a couple of nights if visiting Paihia as it's a quick drive to all the amenities without the busy feel. Thank you for sharing your wonderful space :)

We had a lovely stay at Tania’s place. The property is beautiful and unique. Everything about this place was wonderful, we wish we could’ve tried out the sauna and spa but the weather decided otherwise. I highly recommend if you are wanting to have a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

I booked this accommodation for my colleagues, and it was perfect for their needs while working away from home. The communication with the host was excellent and made the booking process and any adjustments extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely book again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is connected to the main house but still feels completely private and serene. One of the highlights was arriving to find a wood-fired hot tub already heated and waiting for us. The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail really stood out. Heather surprised us with lovely homemade gifts! Our hosts were welcoming and thoughtful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.

A lovely haven with uncomparable views and a very luxurious and charming cabin. If you get the chance to stay here you must. Communication with Paul was smooth and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. we loved exploring the area around the accommodation and the beaches and walks nearby. This is a very special part of NZ. Rarely do you see such well equipped accommodation, so many extras.

Grant and Lily’s Airbnb was an incredible stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—close enough to explore the area easily but still peaceful and private. One of the highlights was the BBQ setup; it was well-equipped and made for some good meals with a stunning backdrop. Grant and Lily were also excellent hosts, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway!

Great views and stay!

We would thoroughly recommend this beautiful property, it was well appointed, spacious and very clean, we felt right at home straight away. It had a lovely bathroom with a great shower and a really comfortable bed. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay! The garden is beautiful! Carol and Nigel were extremely welcoming and were great hosts. We had the most amazing breakfast and didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! We would definitely stay again and it was a pleasure to meet Carol and Nigel, we had such a lovely chat with them, they could easily be friends! Thank you both Angela and Tony

Ann and Reids Studio was very clean and comfortable. Lovely to come back to and relax after busy days out and about.

Such a freindly host. A lovely comfortable little unit with everything you need and easy access to town. The rain shower and spa bath made it really special and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've come accross. All in all, great value for money!
