The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

A peaceful, secluded, light, bright and warm cabin, surrounded by fields with horses, countryside views, a mile and a half outside of picturesque Slapton, Slapton Lea Nature reserve and the beach. It is on the edge of our playing field area and has its own fenced garden space. The bathroom; shower, toilet and basin are in the building next door (@20 yards).
