Holiday rentals with breakfast in Paignton

Holly was super helpful both before I arrived to make sure I knew how to get there with different options for travel. She is really welcoming, gave me tips or nice walks in the area and suggestions for places to eat. When I didn´t have an adapter for my European changer, she appeared with one of her own. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a peaceful place to stay, easy to get into the town center and to walks around the area. I definitely woudl recommend Holly!

This place has a heart and puts a smile on your face, as soon as you step inside. Cosy and thoughtfully decorated. Smart use of space. High end from the furniture, art work, features, bathroom and kitchenware. Bedrooms offer a Tudor four poster or a quirky, fairytale princess vibe. A fun, restful and peaceful place to stay. Just watch out for the surprisingly high step out of the bath and snug courtyard parking. Great pub in the village for dinner.

The quality of the accommodation and the friendliness of Phillipa and David were exceptional. I made use of a shared kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, Phillipa offered a dining room to eat in so as to have privacy if I wanted it. The bedroom and shower were immaculate. Overall a fabulous weekend.

Pippa's place was perfect! She has very considerately created a great space for any visitor with many thoughtful touches. A quiet location close to the river, an incredibly comfortable bed, a great bathroom, a little sofa, and a straightforward tv (not as common as one might think!)--so a perfect spot to unwind at the end of a long day exploring all that Totnes and the surrounding area have to offer. And Pippa has lots of good information about places to visit and clearly has a love for the region. I can't recommend her as a host or her place highly enough. I would absolutely love to return.

Rachel was communicative, friendly and relaxed. She was up for a chat (and really interesting to chat with!), but also happy to leave me to it when I wanted time to myself. The house was really quiet and the area very beautiful. Recommend!

This quirky, arty, eco-house was a 5 minute walk to the top of the high street with amazing views of farmland and Dartmoor. The host was incredibly welcoming and very helpful. She provided us with details of excellent places to eat. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the outside covered area. The two cats were adorable and very chilled. This provided a really good base for exploring South Devon. Totnes was fabulous with the market and independent shops. We will definitely visit again.

Richard was a friendly and accommodating host and an interesting person to chat with. My husband and I had a comfy stay there. The location is ideal for exploring south Devon and we highly recommend this place and would stay again if around.

Ginny was a very gracious and welcoming host but was also careful to give us space and to let us enjoy her wonderful home. Exactly as described in the details the house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully furnished and cared for. Beds were very comfortable and the little touches such as a simple breakfast provided much appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights for our daughters graduation and the location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to campus and 10 minutes in the other direction into the centre of town. Would highly, highly recommend.

Second time here and loved it again! Impeccably clean and tidy on arrival, lovely little outside place to enjoy a drink, own driveway for your car. Lovely, comfy main bed. Everything required in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

A wonderful place with everything and more you might expect, including breakfast provisions and a fab local pub where we had an evening meal. Definitely recommend!

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

I felt more than welcome the moment I arrived, both Carolyn and her husband (teddy I think!) were so kind and helpful. I’d come down to cycle and see a friend. On arrival I realised I’d left part of my bike at home. The hosts literally went above and beyond to help ensure my disaster was solved and I can’t thank them enough. The Airbnb was delightful, beautiful surroundings and perfect location, totally private yet so near all you could need. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay there and will be back, of that I’m sure!

Was an amazing place to stay every thing you needed and more she provides even if you left something at the b and b she was amazing to help us get it back couldn’t ask for a better night !

great place, not that I had long. Richard gave me use of garage for my bike and came out in the rain at night to help me in with it. The apartment was very clean, comfy well equipped. Nice hamper breakfast, appreciated the kefir, set me up for another 50 mile ride. Jatherleigh is lovely Id definitely stay again

Thank you for a lovely stay in a quiet and peaceful corner of Exeter. The annex had absolutely everything I needed for a few days away. Some lovely walks nearby and close to the city centre - couldn't ask for more!! Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location. Perfect for exploring the Tors. Your hosts will be fabulous storytellers. Good breakfast and tea making facilities.

Lizzie was a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, although small, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. A great location - right on the waterside in Dartmouth - and breakfast was excellent.

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

Jo is a lovely person very accommodating and always has a smile on her face.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Paignton.Keep up the good work Jo.

Belinda was very helpful about me needing to check in a bit early, very accommodating with my little dog, and also very welcoming and a lovely host. Breakfast was delicious - lovely granola with blueberries and yoghurt, perfect. She recommended various supper options and I tried the Cott Inn - fabulous food (I had the pea, shallot and sage tortelloni) and also dog friendly. I was visiting Totnes in order to go on a tour of the Agroforestry Research Trust which is a pioneering forest garden full of interesting edibles grown without needing much maintenance - ideal for growing healthy food at home alongside a busy lifestyle. The tour was great - and Belinda’s home was only a 15 min walk away, so it all worked out very well.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.
