Had a great time. Home had everything needed.

What an amazing place! My husband and I were able to truly relax at this beautiful ocean front house. Gardens and lawn surrounding house are gorgeous too. Almost a 3/4 wrap around view as the yard is at an angle and you can see the ocean past the neighbor's house yard to the right. Beautiful house, pictures don't do it justice. Short walk to little beach with turtles resting on the shore. House was well stocked with everything you could need. My only complaint would be that there is no TV. Not much to do in Hawaii at night so would have been nice to watch movies/news/sports together rather than being on our own devices.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

We loved our stay and are already planning a trip back. The resort is gorgeous, clean and safe. Zero complaints, everything was perfect!!

We, a small family, recently stayed in Kaanapali Maui and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchenware including a blender and all of the beach necessities. After going around the island and picking up some fresh fruit, it was a nice afternoon treat to be able to make our own smoothies! Highly recommend it. The view from the lanai (balcony) was absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and in the evenings we were treated to the most spectacular sunsets. The sound of the waves crashing was the perfect background to a truly relaxing vacation. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. We loved being close to snorkeling spots and whale watching opportunities. The complex also had a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill

Absolutely incredible stay. The suite was everything we needed and more. The beachfront porch was peaceful and private. There was gear for every beach activity you could ever want to do and it was so fun. We cannot wait to come back!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

A wonderfully comfortable Hawaiian cottage with plenty of room to spread out. It’s fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and even a cooler. Van was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. Easy 10 minute walk down to the main beach access with a great boardwalk. Highly recommend this great little spot.

Excellent location, beautiful view, house was well stocked and the communication was terrific from both homeowner Steve alongside the property manager Walker. Speedy responses to any questions we had. Our family had a blast in Maui and would rent from Steve again. Steve also had great recommendations for local eating alongside a picturesque sunset spot. For our family of five, Steve's home was a winner.

This place was SO beautiful! The lana’i was exactly as described with breathtaking views. The pool is great for adults and kids; we had so much fun hanging out there. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was stocked. The best part is everything you can think of wanting at the beach is stocked in the garage. We were able to take tons of gear to the beach like pros. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we’d recommend this spot to everyone!

Ryan's place was truly exceptional and worth the price. The spaces matches the photos and description, the neighborhood was stunning with plants and flowers everywhere, and you can't get any better than being steps from the ocean. We will absolutely be staying here again! The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and they had good quality linens and towels. Something important to me is how comfortable the sitting area is, where people gather together. This living room was perfect! Couch was clean and comfortable, and the chairs next to it were too. It was easy to lounge in there with our family. We also really appreciated that there were so many great beach accessories we could use, like chairs, boogie board, sand castle buckets, etc. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and gracious. We did suggest that he put some grease on the bathroom door in the Ocean (master) bedroom because it gets quite loud when opening at night. He said they will get that fixed! Can't wait to come back!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Paradise Properties! The location is unbeatable and the space is well-lit, roomy, and well-decorated. I loved the open space kitchen and patio. We will definitely come back to Maui Paradise Properties on our next visit!

Perfect location with beautiful beaches nearby. Not a lot of restaurants around but if you have a car - it’s easy to navigate. The view from the bedroom and living room is brilliant 😍 We really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend 🙌🏻

Hello! My husband and I recently stayed at Chuck and Roberta’s for our baby moon 🥰 The listing was exactly what I was expecting, very accessible first floor condo with a view of the ocean right off the lanai. The central AC was a lifesaver for us as we’re not used to heat quite yet, and the layout was cozy and perfectly sized for two. My favorite part about our stay I didn’t discover until the last evening we were there. They keep a notebook for guests to share their experiences, and it was endearing to read the cute notes and recommendations from others. Be sure to check it out when you stay! Kris & Kirk were fantastic from the start with their communication. We had a little hiccup with the door code BUT I still gave them 5 stars because it was not their fault by any means. The entire property just happened to change their door code system that day. Even on an airplane, they communicated through text and they had maintenance there within an hour or two to open it up, PLUS their renters left earlier in the morning so they let us check-in early anyway. The place was so cute and perfect for our family. It was clean and gave the Hawaiian condo vibe I love. Location was great and so close to Napili Bay with gorgeous views less than 500 feet (give or take) from their sliding back door and the Gazebo restaurant about the same distance. The grounds were clean and absolutely gorgeous plumeria trees everywhere! The bed was comfy and my girls loved having a “sleepover” on the pull out couch and loveseat. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

After a horrific experience at another place in Hawaii we had to book this place last minute. And the response time was quick. Booked this place and Nelson replied and approved it right away. The place felt cozy and opening the windows definitely freshen up the place. The beach was about 5-10 minute walk and my husband and I would go late at night and star gaze. Beyond beautiful experience. 10/10 recommend. Nelson communication was fast and any questions I had he was able to answer. He also accommodated us with early check in and late check out since our flight was pretty late in the day. Thank you Nelson for having us!!

Amazing!! The ocean views were breathtaking! Floor to ceiling ocean views and the patio views are unforgettable. Everyday, we saw at least 15 huge sea turtles that you can barely see from the ocean. The location was perfect! Right next to the resorts and boardwalk without the chaos. The condo comes fully equipped with everything needed, including multiple bodyboards, snorkels and flippers. Best host I have ever had who truly cared that everything was perfect as well. And it was. If we ever get the chance to come back to Maui, this penthouse suite will be it!

Our stay at Jacque’s place was perfect! The house was in a convenient location to all the things we were doing! Jacque was a great host and very accommodating for our arrival and departure times as well as responsive! The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed (:

Stayed just over 3 weeks in this spectacular unit. Well appointed, incredible views, so clean! It was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Full size toiletries in bathrooms, tons of clean linens, soap, detergent, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper to cover our entire stay. We felt right at home. Andre was responsive and immediately assisted when we had an issue with the AC unit in the second bedroom upon arrival. There is ongoing construction in the complex, but it didn't affect our building or interrupt our stay at all. Parking is open season during this construction period, which turned out great because we could choose any open spot - super convenient and tons of availability. Kamaole Sands is our fav complex in Kihei and we are already planning our return visit. Will definitely stay in this unit over and over again.
