Holiday rentals with beach access in Paia

We liked the pool a lot! We also liked to play tennis and there were 2 rackets and tennisballs in the apartment. Great! The kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. The shower is very nice and the bed great. You could also use all the beach equipment. There is a beach litterally across the street. We rather liked to hike and found the location great because it was easy to get everywhere on the island. Also foodland is quite close and in Kahului, which is a 15 min drive, is every shop you want. So nothing missing. We had a great stay!

Really nice! Loved the view and the building is perfect direction for sunset. Condo was clean and big. The only thing I would say is that they should maybe add Tupperware and ziplocks but other than that the condo and host were great!!

Jacques place is in a prime location and within walking distance of several beaches, shops, and places to eat. My wife and I spent a week here the home exceeded all our expectations!

Clean and easy accom, Emma was easy to deal with. The place was relaxing. Outdoor shower a standout.

Derrick’s place is such a gem. It is steps from the beach, and within a 10-minute walk from lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Derrick was welcoming and friendly, and I got to take advantage of a lot of the amenities offered, including the backyard hammock, chairs and umbrellas, and kitchen. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a laid-back, low-key vacation!

The Gingerbread House turned out to be a dream of a spot for our long weekend on Maui. Each morning we awoke before dawn to a peaceful serenity followed by the growing din of island bird calls. We had our choice of balcony or ground floor patio spots for coffee to watch the geckos flit about. A cozy interior awaited us each evening upon our return as a sea of stars filled the night sky away from the light pollution of modernity. A gem of a stay, and can't wait to return.

Overall good place to stay- very large and open layout. Clean and had most everything we needed. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and a park. Parking was good, fairly quiet street. Had lots of extra beach stuff to use (cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, swimming stuff, snorkeling stuff)

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

John’s place was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t want to stay in a resort, but wanted access to all the island had to offer- this was the spot. Easy to access upcountry, get to the swimmable beaches, watch world Class surfing, good food. Being across the street from the store made grabbing breakfast, poke and sandwiches a breeze. The cottage was clean, quiet, and cozy.

Staying at the Kula Jewel is nothing short of the perfect experience. Pamela made sure to personally welcome us, show us around and direct us to local shops. We should have just spent our entire time in Hawaii here, as the views and perfect design of the home gave us the experience of staying with a close friend. Stocked kitchen, great linens, pool and hot tub, bbq and all of the perfect details that make vacations special, Pamela really takes care in making her guests feel at home. The stunning interiors partner with the unique shape of the house, making the Maui landscape picturesque from sunrise to sunset. We will have a place to call our Maui spot when visiting from now on.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and so convenient to the beach and shops and restaurants. The a/c in each room was so nice and the bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and all the beach items were so helpful.

It was a gift to have a “home base” like this. We had a quick visit to Maui (4 days, 5 nights) so we packed our days with sight seeing. It was so peaceful to come back after adventurous days and sit on the lanai, open the screen door and listen to the waves, or go see the abundance of sea turtles right outside on the little beach. We were up early cooking and getting ready for the days, so it was really nice to have the fridge, stovetop/oven, and utensils/appliances so we could affordably cook and pack our meals for the road/long days. We prefer a firmer bed, but we were so tired we were grateful for a place to rest, even though it was a softer mattress. In the am/pm, it was cool with the breeze and didn’t need ac. We didn’t have time for the pool, but the area looked nice. Ron had a well stocked place, including beach/snorkel equipment. It was a great value for our visit and central (close to airport, West, South, East, upcountry) for everything we wanted to do. Thanks for having us!

Our two weeks at Eve’s place was delightful! If you are looking for a lovely place to enjoy your time in Maui, Eve’s is perfect. The condo was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. We picked a different place to discover each day. After exploring, we loved coming back to the condo to chill. The view from the lanai was incredible. We ate our morning/evening meals and spent all our spare time on the lanai. We loved watching the sky, waves, turtles, and the boats coming and going. The vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The best way to start and end each day!

Beautiful space- views and ocean front sounds of crashing waves were amazing. And so much sea turtle activity. Never stayed in a place with such a well stocked kitchen with pans and cooking implements. First rate. Very quiet area and a larger beach for swimming is a couple blocks walk away.

Beautiful location & conveniently close to beaches!

Excellent place to stay & we’ve stayed in Airbnbs on Maui many times. This one I will happily book again. The condo building & grounds are immaculate and Ralph’s place is exactly as described. It’s not big (excellent use of mirrors to reflect the water views back inside) but it’s very comfortable, has a great central location & everything we needed for our work/vacay stay. The king bed is better quality than many hotels, the a/c worked great & having a washer/drier is for us, a must. Excellent coffee and espresso machines too, Ralph was super kind to leave lovely goodies: a bag of coffee, chocolate & wine. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the nearby harbor, market/diner, (killer pancakes) the aquarium and Starbucks. Many excellent cruises go out of the harbor so leave your car at the condo & you won’t be running late & searching for a paid parking space at the harbor like we watched many people do. The patio was lovely and it was SO quiet and peaceful at Ralph’s 24 hours a day.

I really enjoyed staying at Truman’s property. I came with a friend for another friend’s wedding and it was very close to things, especially snorkeling. Just about 10 min drive to really good snorkeling. If you do the molokini crater snorkel, there are boat options that pick you up in Kihei. The property was really clean and honestly had everything I could have possibly needed. They had a steamer, sunblock, aloe, snorkeling kits, etc. Only thing is I wish they had conditioner. A/C worked well and the kitchen and bathroom were so clean. Unfortunately, I had to leave early but they were great in terms of communication. If I ever come back to Maui, I’d definitely stay again!

Great host and great home! Dmitrys home had everything we needed for our vacation and more, much better than a stay at a hotel. Perfect location, very close to food and markets and we felt we were right in the middle to explore the whole island. See you again next summer!

The unit is beautiful, blue is my favorite color so I maybe biased. However, the host was quick to reply back, wonderful instructions on how to get to the unit, easy to find parking. Everything was perfect! I really enjoyed how much thought was put into this BnB, there is a binder that the hosts have created that has an entire walk through of everything you might need relating to the place, and I loved how there is a collection of restaurant menus in the back! I’m a really indecisive person when it comes to food and my husband is as well, so this was super easy to just flip through and help make dinner decisions. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we highly recommend this place. It’s everything you need for a nice Maui vacation! ❤️
