Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. "Pagosa's Hill Top House" is just minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs, where you can hit up the Hot Springs after a day of hitting the slopes at Wolf Creek. Accommodating up to 12, the house has a fenced-in yard with fire pit and grill. (Pet Friendly) 3,075 square feet with three levels, so plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. This is a brand new house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, perfect for family vacations. Home is located within walking distance to hot springs, restaurants, main street shopping, along with grocery store. Everything is close to the home. Anything that you would need to make a gourmet meal is included with the house.
