Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

Location and accommodation were as described or seen on the pictures, nice terrace, extremely clean. To the beach (pebbles and rocks) a direct short path, about 50 m. Town center of Pag about 2 km, bakery and fruit vegetable shop about 300 m, open all the time. Marija was often on site, extremely warm and accommodating! We felt very comfortable and thank you again for their exceptional hospitality!

We were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine - a great start to the holiday! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large whirlpool, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.
