Courtney and Ike's Alta Vista apartment is a lovely place to stay for short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoyed my stay so much I am hoping to extend my stay and return again if there is no availability :). The apartment has everything one needs to feel at home. The internet is fast, the laundry machines are great, and there are many places to sit outside comfortably with privacy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many windows to provide light and fresh air if needed. In addition, the location is unique and naturally very beautiful. Courtney and Ike are very responsive and reliable when one needs any help. Thank you for an awesome stay that exceeded my expectations!

The owners could not have been nicer. The property is beautiful, historic, and well maintained. We spent close to 2 months and felt virtually at home immediately. The fact that washers and dryers were available on site made the stay more comfortable. The owners have compiled a notebook that covers the questions a vacationer might have. Overall a very nice stay.

We had a nice stay. The three full bathrooms were a big plus, especially for a larger group, and made getting ready a breeze. The location was perfect. While we did encounter a few bugs during our stay, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We still gave it five stars because of the spacious layout, great amenities like the pool, and overall comfort for the value.

The space is great for a family of 5, the host is super friendly, she had a welcome book with activities and restaurants available nearby

We can’t wait to come back to this Airbnb!! Our family had the best weekend at the beach. The house is very close to the ocean front and is a great place to hang out! The hosts are beyond generous and made our trip extra special! The deer out back and the patios make the place extra special.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! It was the perfect fit for our family of five—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the cozy bedrooms and the backyard, while we enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the proximity to local attractions. The house was spotless, and the host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space for my family of 10. My children & grandchildren loved the pool, playground, & trampoline. It felt like home. Dayna was very responsive every time we reached out and she is friendly & caring. We will be visiting again!

A great host and a a pleasant stay.

Very nice and comfy Condo. Great location and the interior of the condo was decorated tastefully and the kitchen was very well stocked which is always very important to us. Communicating with our host was easy. We had a great time. Do note, the Condo complex feels a bit strict at times: coolers are not allowed near the pool and there even is a very graphic sign of what is considered a reasonable "Bathing attire". The Condo complex seems a bit old and is currently undergoing construction at one of its wings.

I would have loved to stay at Raul’s place for about month and a half but someone beat me to it all I got was two days of peace and quiet I wish for more maybe next time

A very relaxing, homie, and comfortable place to stay in. Even for a boxing team during a fight competition lol. Very clean and neat. As well very accommodating.

Great stay overall. The apartment was clean and well kept. Access to wifi and cable TV. plenty of space to move around freely even with a dog. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, and smallwares. But it did not have common condiments or seasonings to cook a full meal, like most places have. The club pool was great way to spend the afternoon after the beach.

I have been coming to North Padre for about 10 years but never stayed on the island before. This condo is absolutely perfect, great location, great host, everything i needed for a fantastic visit. You will love staying here, what are you waiting for?

Betty’s place was amazing! The snacks, drinks and special touches were very thpughtful. Great location away from the hustle & bustle and so peaceful. We would stay there again.

My son and I had a great stay. The resort is small and easy to get around. Check-in was a breeze even at 10 pm. Meghan was very responsive to my questions and our needs. The condo makes efficient use of the small space which was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was decorated so cute! We loved the living room looking out on the water, plus the full kitchen. The A/C worked really well which was important to me because I tend to get hot at night. My son loved the ease of getting signed in to the wi-fi and the big TV in the living room. We never had any trouble parking under the carport, which was nice to have in the sandy/salty environment. We were coordinating with friends staying nearby and Meghan was able to tell us just how close they were and the Texas State Aquarium. We absolutely loved the beach access!

Checkin was easy. Place was as described, very spacious. Lots of furniture and beds were comfortable. Appliances are outdated but worked fine. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes for cooking and having your own meals. Nob in master bath/shower didn’t work, but Luis had it fixed by maintenance right away. Some of the outlets didn’t work and/or plugs would fall out, but there were enough that worked. We were able to use the pool on hot days, however it leaked and management closed it down, not Luis’s fault. Luis communicated well. Location was good for the areas we wanted to explore. Location was also quiet and safe. No grocery store in town, but some right down the road in Brownsville. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s place, would stay again, and would recommend to others.
