House holiday rentals in Padre Island

I flew into Corpus Christi from Bahrain to attend my son’s graduation since I’m stationed overseas. I really enjoyed the place. Matt was helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely rent from him again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Jessica's beautiful beach house! She was a VERY responsive host, and everything was exactly as described. The furnishings are comfortable, and everyone slept well each night. The sea-side decor was lovely and tasteful, and so fun to look at and admire! Highly recommend!

Great location, super close to a beach access area. Clean place and responsive host. The only downside to the home is that there are no doors in the two bedrooms on 3rd floor. Would be nice to have doors for privacy and sound control. Also, for future guests- bring your ear plugs, there is a nightclub a few blocks away and unfortunately their sound really carried over. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!

This was our 1st airbnb stay and it was beyond our expectations. I received consistent communication as to what to expect, codes to get in, contact for any issues. the pool was clean and heavenly to be in. Also, being able to fish off your own personal dock within 50 feet of the front door was awesome for our family to fish on! I Jist a great place to stay! We will be going back!

This home and host were exactly what we were wanting for our wedding. The home was beautiful and an excellent place for us to have our reception of about 50 people. The house was very clean and provided SO MUCH. From dish washing soap and laundry detergent to the very thoughtful after sun lotion and an abundance of beach mats and umbrellas. The check-in was extremely flexible and easy. The rules were very reasonable and unburden-some. The check-out was one of the easiest we’ve ever had as well. It’s always a concern that things won’t be as they seem in the photos or in the description, but it’s not the case with this home. This one exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend you have a stay at this home hosted by Geomara! We couldn’t be happier with how our stay went.

Our experience at Jon-Marc and Gigi’s Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. This beach home is packed with style and class. You will notice the attention to design and great taste throughout the house. Also, the home 100% lived up to the photos. I cannot recommend more, nor commend Jon-Marc and Gigi more, for creating such a great home. The location for enjoying the beach is perfect at marker 42. Driveway is rather large so we were able to squeeze 4 vehicles and 2 golf carts with some Tetris skills. Views of the surf from 2nd and 3rd floors. Pool was fresh and clean, perfect for the kids to play while adults get needed r&r. Landscaping beautiful and well kept. There is a garage to aid in storing your beach gear overnight. Tons of comfortable beds, things to do, and places to chill. Upon first walkthrough you will realize you made the right choice. Thank you Jon Marc and Gigi for helping us create beautiful family memories in your beautiful home!

Everything in the house was beautiful and incredibly clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach gear available for us to use it made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was also well-stocked with both beach and shower towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better just a short 13-minute walk to the grocery store and nearby shops, and only about 5 minutes to the beach. Plus, the house is conveniently situated between two beach access points, which made getting to the water super easy.

This home was beautiful! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great with all the necessities, loved I could wash and dry my clothes to have things clean, and the pool was amazing! Backyard view of resaca added a great touch too! Maya was such a great host and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great central-SPI location with easy, direct, access to the beach. Great Oceanview balcony too.

Rachel was extremely communicative and responsive. She reached out just to make sure check-in went smoothly and if there was anything further she could help with at that time. One afternoon we did have a heavy storm come thru, knocked the power out and Rachel reached out providing us with updates, even without us asking. Spot’s Sea Shack is located in a great area. Walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and close to convenience stores and restaurants. The inside is warm, welcoming and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. We plan to go back and will definitely see if Spot’s is available as well as reach out to Rachel!!

Had a pleasant visit to the Crpus Christi area. The home is well mainatined and pleasantly stocked with commonly needed items. Such as coffee! It was great waking uo the first day and not having to worry avout where to grab that first cup of the day. 100% recommend. Wonderful host. Thoughtful, respectful, and just can't say enough about the experience.

Guy and Barbi’s place is one to save and book again when we return. Guy was so responsive and friendly. I appreciated the extras available for beach day! I definitely recommend this place and I will be looking for it for our next stay in the island. Thank you so much!!!

Pros and Cons: Pros: great space for our dogs (they loved it). Also well stocked overall--plates bowls cooking body soaps and shampoos if you need them etc. Plenty of extra towels sheets blankets. All the things others don’t put in their rentals. Cons: A tad humid and damp in the house. Could use a dehumidifier to make it more comfortable since it is an older place and struggles a bit when it’s really hot. A tad far from the closest anything. First gas station is minimum 15minutes and everything else is 7 minutes more at least. Beach with traffic is 30 minutes at best. And as a couple other reviewers mentioned: Please removed just a little bit of the decorations. It was hard to “see” our stuff and move around at times because there were just too many “things” around. We had trouble finding counter space to lay out what we wanted to use. Too many chairs also.

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful and was very clean. We enjoyed the game additions and the pool was great. We would 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at.

Words cannot describe how peaceful and amazing this house was.. you are literally 5 min walk from the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and friendly neighbors. The house is extremely clean and very well decorated. they play great music too greet you. A place you will definitely not be disappointed with..

Our family of 5 took a vacation to Rene’s place. It was absolutely perfect for us from the bunk beds for the kids to the nice king size bed for the parents. It was very clean and easy to find and check into! We definitely will be returning!

This space was immaculate and definitely perfect for a group of life-long friends to connect and spend time at the beach! All the amenities for making nice, dinners, relaxing, watching movies, and hanging out along the canal. We rented a cart for beach days which, for us, was absolutely worth the expense. We didn’t need any other vehicle the entire weekend as we were just a few minutes from the beach. Well-behaved doggies welcome was a big plus for us! We highly recommend this space and hope to be back next year.

We LOVED our stay. The house is so cozy and location is amazing. the pool is perfect for our family with 2 young kids. The backyard is so private, tropical, and you can hear birds all day. we swam nonstop and made many trips to the beach. The beach is just steps away from the house. We had travel issues at the airport and the host was so accommodating and helpful is a stressful situation. we made many memories here and hope to be back!

What a great find Cynthia’s place was! Quiet neighbor and close to everything! Bed was super comfortable and absolutely loved the bathroom! It was great having a fenced yard for our dog too! Cynthia is a great host and very responsive! We cannot wait to go back and stay here!!

Great spot right by the water. Fantastic hosts that are on top of it and gave great details on checking in. Clean place which is top of my list. Perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Was a wonderful stay for our Honeymoon! Whatever we needed they were quick with responses and action. The beach home was cozy, quiet,clean, and safe. We really loved the balcony area, wake up to a beautiful sunrise and end your day with a beautiful sunset. We normally have a hard time sleeping in a bed that isn’t our own… but we slept like babies every night. By the way everything was a close drive. We will be back!
