Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pa Tong

Great house!We had a good holiday with our family, the environment is good, we rented a car to go, the surrounding area is also very convenient, the check-in guide is very detailed, the introduction to the surrounding area is very comprehensive, the recommended restaurant is delicious, every question was answered quickly.I would choose here if I come back to Phuket.Benoit and Julian really serve very well, creating a very cozy environment, feeling like a tour guide in addition to being an Airbnb host, and like a relative in Phuket, they can answer all questions, making us feel very comfortable in Phuket ~ Thank you for meeting us🩷

Amazing place with a stunning view, sunrises and sunsets are unreal. In an incredible location, which makes it so easy to go for a private swim. Best during early morning. Phenomenal halal restaurant right above the room called Hill House, we ate there several times. Only complaint that you MUST consider before booking here — there’s a LARGE flight of stairs to take to get down to the room. At night it’ll be very dark and when it rains it’s wet. Need to be very careful and cautious when going up and down because it can get tiring. Just something to note!

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

The cleanest, more beautiful and peaceful Airbnb I’ve stayed so far! Paulina is a wonderful host, the best I’ve met! Always responsive and helpful, and attentive to all our needs. The villa is perfect for family with young kids, though the nearest convenient store is not very walkable. Delivery apps work just fine so that’s perfectly fine. Would definitely come back to Villa Saniya if we are back in Phuket in the future!

Just got back from an amazing stay at a villa in Phuket — total paradise. The place was spotless, private, Loved lounging by the pool and catching sunsets. Super close to beaches and great food spots too. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% go back!

Great place honestly, everything we were looking for and more. Would definitely come back and book again. Everything was close enough for 10-15 minutes grab ride. Coco was amazing at getting back to us within minutes after asking a question. Pleasure all around

Boris is a fantastic host Very attentive, always wanting to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The apartment is well appointed. The complex is very nice, with great facilities and wonderful staff! The beach is a short walk. There is an international medical centre on-site which we used and it was very good. We stayed for 4 weeks and got to see and enjoy the complex and town. We had a wonderful stay.

The location of the accommodation was perfect right in the center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. It was easy to get to the famous spots like Patong Beach, the night markets, and local restaurants. The area was lively yet safe, and everything I needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base to enjoy Phuket!

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

The first thing I would say is about the host, she will reply anytime of the day or even late night, and will be very helpful!!! The apartment is large and comfortable, The building garden and pull are well kept and look great! All people living in the block are so friendly, it’s so peaceful and quite. Kalim beach is just a cross the street less than a minute walk and always has people in there so you can just relax In there from morning till late night, if you want to walk to the main Patong beach it’s about 7 minute walk, Shops like 7 -11, a pharmacy, restaurants etc are just a minute walk from the apartment, If you stay in this apartment you are in Patong but you feel as if you are far from Patong and have a private beach, Security guard at the entrance is so friendly. Etc etc etc….. I can continue to write more and more…. We were so sad to leave, we felt at home and we loved the area. We hope to be back. Thanks to our great host again.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Honestly everything looks just like the photos, and the host have helped me from A-z everything with my experience in patong. will always come back to this space when im ever in town. Pati has helped me from anything needed, and this space is right 3 mins walk to the beach and patong street. Will come back again soon! Great value and great host!

This place has an absolutely stunning sea view — truly unbeatable! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, so we were able to swim in the ocean every day. The location is super convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and lots of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!

Highly recommend. Rawai is beautiful. Excellent restaurants. Our host was very responsive. The swimming pool was amazing. We loved getting the dragon boat to Coral Island and we were able to do that from in front of the accommodation. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. And it’s secure with a gate around the buildings and you can only gain entry with your swipe key. Which is great peace of mind. I know where I read reviews I look to see if someone says they’d book again. 100% would book this apartment again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
