this place is great, centric and easy access to every point of phuket, she helped me out to get a scooter, i recommend u get one, u can move every were in minutes, the host its a easy to communicate and she helps out with any questions u may have, the place is fine, all u can need for a short or long vacations

It is still very lucky to be able to choose this villa for this stay. The owner and the housekeeper is 1 to 1 service throughout. Most of the itinerary is the help of the butler to arrange, it is very convenient. Although the villa is close to the mountain, the flood in the rainy season does not affect us. Luckily, the children are very happy to play in the pool. There is a 711 supermarket, massage shop, and a lot of restaurants. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Villa is located on top of hill. Very peaceful environment. Service is prompt as well. Pictures doesn't do justice to the view. Love it!

my family and I came to Phuket for a month, stayed at Günter's place for a few days at first, already wrote a review recently about it and then moved to another place, but decided to return to this house, saw the availability at Günter and did not regret it. Great place, everything is fine, thanks to the host again, very responsive, after the first check-in we wrote in the wishes that it would be good to install wifi , but not necessarily and when we returned Günter installed wifi :) Very quiet quiet place , not far from the beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby. thank you again!

Nice and clean, pretty good location, definitely worth having your own scooters though.

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

The bathtub in the room is very big, and there is a small private swimming pool next to it. The landlord is enthusiastic, there are a lot of green plants in the yard, the public kitchen is fully equipped, it is not far from the intersection, and you can walk to 7-11 in a few minutes. You can rent a motorcycle across the road. It is very close to the beach and Shenxian Peninsula. The landlord and neighbors are very friendly

Konstantin is an excellent host. Always ready to help. Check in and check out were very comfortable and flexible. Any problem related to the townhouse was resolved on the same day. Konstantin even helped us with travel tips and always responded to messages very quickly.

Amazing apartment, even more beautiful than the photos, with beautiful beach view and amazing sunsets. Pussadee was so helpful, flexible and generous. The day after we checked in some renovation started in one of the apartments next to us and Pussadee did her best to help, and while the renovation continued during our stay we decided to stay due to the apartment being so great. The beach is only a few minutes walk, restaurants and 7/11 as well and great laundry service. The staff at the building was so great, we traveled with our 7 months old and they were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!❤️ Things worth mentioning: as I mentioned there was some renovation next to us, it's not during the weekend, only week days, some days it was very loud and we left the room for a few hours to avoid it, in others it was manageable and our baby could even nap, and in the evening you can hear a little bit of the music from the bars outside, which we kind of liked. ☺️

Thanks to Vlad for the apartment! I really liked the place. It turned out to be better than I expected. The house had everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with a great view. The complex is new, there is a very beautiful park with birds, squirrels nearby. In the morning, you can do yoga in the park. The neighborhood is very beautiful. The only disadvantage of the area is that there are few restaurants, shops, massage parlors. But in general, this is not a problem - I walked 1.5 km, there is also a free transfer that you can drive. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea through the park. I liked the beach itself. I will be happy to come back again!

the apartment is small, compact. location is great! The apartment is clean, tidy. Only you can hang anything on the balcony (fine 500 baht) There are 2 swimming pools and a grill on the roof. You can get to the beach by bus or by local boat (free of charge). This is the short term!

Only spent a day here.. Room is cozy. comfy bed. Bang tao is going to be on a whole another level in a couple of years. I'm planning to invest. Peaceful. beautiful lakes. huge not overcrowded beach. Plenty of beach bats and clubs

Good place and worth the price. Nice view from the room. We had a pleasant stay over here. Hosts are very responsive. 👍🏻
