Lovely place to stay with excellent household help who made everything easy Highly recommend asking to get a cooked dinner on at least one night, food was delicious

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Nice place, clean and well maintained

Well designed and spacious villa. Rooms were clean. House keeping staff were very prompt in cleaning the villa every day. Only issue would be the walk to the Main Street can be quite a distance.

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped for. The contact person for everything around the house Ivan was always available and immediately provided help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful and well set up for our group, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

Good space for a quick stay

If you’re searching for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. Even before we arrived, Alan was incredibly helpful, especially when we asked about airport transport (tip: download the Grab app!). Since it was the rainy season, we expected some showers—but the calm and serene atmosphere made them almost enjoyable. The lush tropical garden is teeming with life—birds, frogs, and even a resident tortoise living in the pond at the front of the guesthouse. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise, yet still close to all the essentials. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Nuch and Alan, for sharing your little slice of paradise and making our stay so memorable

Lemon House - Beau's Place was my first pit stop when landed in Phuket. I came with my husband and a friend. The property has a very natural vibes, with greenery all over and very peaceful. Everything is accessible and within few minutes walk. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and patio separate offering more organized vibe to the property. Everyone was so helpful and kind :D Thanks Beau and team for organizing a wonderful stay for us. Looking forward to visiting again but this time longer stay. The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

I travel a lot, but this villa was on another level. I highly recommend this place. Great facilities, calm surroundings, amazing pool and lovely host. I will be back soon for sure.

The house is in a great location. Right on the edge of the forest in a quiet neighborhood. Everything as in the pictures and clean. We forgot something in the house. Fly to Ko Samui after our stay in Phuket and Pim sent us a package to our hotel in Ko Samui. That was really super nice! Would recommend to anyone to sleep here. Thanks Pim

Great resort. Room as described. Close to everything in Patong. The employees are so nice. We were especially impressed with Aoi who did the breakfast and lunch shift- always smiling and very sweet.
