Ryan has an a amazing property that is truly unique, the property is amazing. Ryan was a great host who is very responsive and on top of things at all times. the only thing I wish I knew before arriving was the other property's built right next door which made using the hot tub and pool a little uncomfortable. overall a great place though I would stay again.

We are 2nd time renters of this property and loved it. Very nice for families. Private and worth the price. Clean and comfortable. Easy to relax.

Our stay at Beth's was absolutely amazing!!! The location is perfect- looking out over the water each morning and enjoying the hot tub each night, it was so great. This place is a gem and we highly recommend!!

This property is beautiful, and so peaceful. I came here for a solo trip to reset and relax, and definitely got what I came for. The hummingbirds that hang out on the deck near their feeders ended up being the best part of the whole trip. Gorgeous sunsets, comfortable deck, surprising lack of mosquitoes, comfortable furniture, fast hot water, and responsive, helpful hosts. You really can't beat that in an airbnb. I will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend staying at Karan’s place. She was very helpful and even messaged us to check in after our arrival. The house was very nice, clean, and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable! Our 2 and 4 year old kiddos had a blast in laying on the game table downstairs. We highly recommend!

We honestly can’t say enough great things about Scott and Ann and their amazing property. We rented this for our son‘s wedding at Finley Farms and utilized it as a place for the groomsmen to get ready and hang out. It was absolute perfection! Not only were the historical elements of the home, unique and interesting, but every guest who visited couldn’t stop talking about how cool it was. Scott and Ann were great people to work with, were super flexible with our check-in requests and were gracious and accommodating the entire weekend. You can tell that they truly love what they do and it shows in every detail of the home and grounds. In fact, even though we are local, we will be utilizing this space again. 10/10…do yourself a favor and stay here; you won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Tiffany & Monty! The home was amazing, so peaceful and comforting, very clean and just over all wonderful. Tiffany and Monty were both very nice and spent an evening with us talking and introducing us to two adorable donkeys, Rizz and Fizz! We will be visiting this location from now on anytime we find ourselves coming out to Springfield or Branson. Cannot say enough good things about our stay!

The house is exactly as pictured and SO CLEAN! We felt right at home sitting around the kitchen table and plopping down on the comfortable couches. The beds were all very comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The house was perfect for my Aunt with some mobility issues, we were able to let her in through the garage, no steps! Bathrooms are clean and the jets in the soaker tub were a fun bonus. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac and minutes from the grocery and restaurant’s. I had a question about locking the dirt and Heidi texted me within a few minutes and was so responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a quick overnight event and this place was exactly what we needed. Great access to the places we needed to get and easy to get to. Would stay again.

We just loved our stay on the farm. Robert was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We will be back again the next time we visit our Branson family!

Loved the amenities (hot tub and fire pit), everything was clean and well kept (and labeled! So helpful!). Instructions for checkout were very direct and easy to follow. We had our 4 kids with us and fit us all great.

This was a perfect house for the state baseball tournament for me and my parents. Spacious and updated. Beds and pillows are very comfy and kitchen is great! The yard could use a bug treatment before this time of year. It did just rain which could have been a factor. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Thank you!

This is a great, cozy house in central Ozark. It is in a quiet neighborhood that was relaxing to stay in, and nice and dark at night for being in town. Fortunately for me, it was near the funeral home, as that was the reason for my stay. The house was nice and clean with a great setup. I didn't take much advantage of the amenities, as we were pretty busy with family, but the sitting area outside was adorable.

Great house! Very cozy, impeccably clean, so spacious. Easy to spread out if you have a big group. The house is well equipped with everything you need, including some little toys for kids/babies. The kitchen has everything to cook a big meal. We really appreciated all the coffee options that were stocked, too! Rachel is very accommodating and responsive, and sent a really informative guide to enjoy Ozark that we found helpful. I would rent this house again if we go back to Ozark with a group.

This home was so welcoming and relaxing. My husband and I will visit again the next time we are in the area.
