This cute little first floor efficiency condo is ocean front for a perfect vacation to the beach. It’s an older building but has been partially renovated and updated. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

Really lovely stay! Really short walk to the beach and a clean, well-stocked home (so much beach equipment). The place was very clean and had cool AC in the hot weather, which was really nice. Caroline was really friendly and had quick responses, she took care of everything we might need before our trip and answered all of our questions. 10/10 Stay!

The stay was very comfortable and in a good part of town. Host was very responsive to any questions that we had before and during the stay. Only downside is that the parking lot was under construction and it wasn’t mentioned before arrival. We were woken up the first morning there at 8am to a bunch of workers outside tearing the parking lot up who seemed to have very little regards for the cars parked there.

Shiri's place was perfect. My wife and I have both frequented OC since we were kids, and we both agreed that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Far enough from the boardwalk to be peaceful, close enough to travel to the boardwalk if we wanted. The condo was clean, there is a washer and dryer in the unit which is a plus, and a tv in both the living room and bedroom, which is something we always look for. There is plenty to do in the area! Unfortunately, it rained during our whole stay, but you have beach access just outside of the building! We are excited to stay at Shiri's place again (hopefully when it's not raining 😂) and spend some time on the beach! We sat on the balcony every morning and night and it was so peaceful. Shiri was always very helpful and kind - she is such a wonderful host!

Channel was very friendly and helpful with our check in process. She also recommended us a lof of activities and restaurants to try around the home. The airbnb was very homey, clean, and quiet. We will definitely be staying at her home again next time in the area! great host!
