Patricia and Alastair were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable weekend. So grateful for how welcoming, helpful and responsive they both were. Super personable and the house was absolutely gorgeous!!

Really pleasent stay does exist!!. We surprised about the house, that’s fantastic for having a trip with friends.The common room has a lot of things to do such as karaoke, table foose ball, pacman and also kitchen that has everything including dishwasher machine. There are 6 bedrooms which is really flexible and comfortable for us to rest. Thanks a lot!!

Four of us (two couples) spent 3 nights at Little Coxwell which was a lovely home base for exploring the Cotswolds. The house is charming and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Nicola is a great host…she had excellent communication before and during our stay and graciously accommodated an early check in. Although the home is off the beaten path, Nicola provided very detailed instructions that worked perfectly for making our way there. We also had an exceptional dinner at the Eagle Tavern, a short and pleasant walk from Little Coxwell. Definitely recommend!

We was very lucky to have thos accommodation booked for the week for work purposes. An amazing house , clean, tidy and very peaceful setting. It was a pleasure staying here. And hopefully we get to re book when working in the area again

Had a girls trip at Amelia's place was nothing but short of perfect. The smallest room is a bit tight but apart from that, loved staying in Amelia's place. It had a well equipped kitchen and the beds/pillows were so comfortable! I'd love to stay here again

We had a lovely few days at Bakery Cottage. Such a beautiful location and within a short drive from most of the places you’ll need to get to in the Cotswolds. The cottage was perfect for our needs, we felt at home from the moment we stepped inside.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Steve's charming barn, and it was nothing short of a perfect experience. From the moment I inquired about the booking, Steve was incredibly quick to respond, ensuring everything was set for our visit. The barn itself is a gem, nestled in beautifully peaceful surroundings, which provided a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life. It was an ideal location for my visit to Oxford, offering both convenience and tranquility. A perfect accommodation for our girls getaway! The kitchen is especially incredible!

We had the most wonderful stay and our time flew by all too quickly. We were made to feel at home the moment we walked through the door and Carol and David were so warm in their welcome and responsive to any questions we had. The setting is idyllic with a lovely private garden, beautiful surrounding trees and the uplifting sound of a great variety of birdsong. The option to eat both inside and outside further enhanced our stay and allowed us to take full advantage of the great weather. The swim in the private pool topped off a wonderful weekend and we'd all love to return. We felt very fortunate to find this gem of a cottage and have the opportunity to spend the weekend in it.

I only wish we could have stayed longer! Juliet is an incredible host; super friendly and extremely attentive. The property is amazing and to have had the use of the pool and the tennis court, made it the most fantastic value. One of my favourite parts of our two night stay, was that we could leave the property and walk for 20-25 minutes, across fields, to one of two brilliant pubs for supper and then stroll back at dusk - truly idilic! All in all, for me and my two teenage sons, it literally could not have been a more perfect little break from the city. Thank you Juliet and we look forward to visiting The Squadron HQ again very soon X

Absolutely beautiful—both the house and the surroundings! To stay in such a remarkable, comfortable, clean and beautiful, old place right in the heart of the cotswolds—it was truly lovely. So peaceful and quiet! Rachel was a kind and helpful host right next door. Make sure you pay good attention to her directions to get there—it was a little tricky. Also, the ceilings in the bathroom, living room and dining room really are only about 6 feet, with doorways and other things even shorter. We’re tall and we still loved it but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. The kitchen and bedrooms were all much taller. We’d love to return one day and stay again!!! Thanks you!

We had the best time, the pool is amazing!! The time slots were ideal and work really well- great pool for adults and children. Beautiful cottage, lovely gardens-we felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble for Bridget. The children have now also found a new love for tennis! We def hope to return … 10 out of 10 from us!!

My husband and I booked Fiona's place for 2 nights just for pure relaxation and to get away from the usual chaos of life. It was just what we were after. Close enough to Henley for a meal out and a stroll along the Thames but also total peace and tranquility back at the cottage. The use of the pool was a bonus too. We will definitely be back. The perfect tonic.

We had a fantastic time in Kingham. The living spaces were bright and airy with lots of space for 6 adults, a baby and a big dog. Everything we needed was at the house. Comfy beds.

Great stay! Creakiest floors in the county, but well worth the price, really nice host and great location. Would stay again.

We had a lovely few nights away at Priory Barn with our 3 dogs. It was the perfect location to visit the Wildlife Park, Oxford and Blenheim Palace. Piers was an excellent host and was very helpful with things to do locally. He suggested the local pub which had excellent food and was dog friendly too. We also met his dog Binky who my dogs enjoyed playing with. We would definitely recommend Priory Barn and would love to go back.

The Barn was a lovely stay, very spacious and well looked after. John was very communicative and would respond to us very quickly there was a few things which would have improved the stay quite significantly: 1. The WiFi really was not very good. 2. The barn needs a new frying pan, this has been burnt from the amount of usage it’s had. We were going to have sausage and bacon sandwiches but it kept burning our sausages so we gave up. 3. There was a lot of dust in certain areas (especially the bathroom and ceilings). Overall, though a very lovely stay, and if we come to the Cotswold we would stay again. Thank you.

This is the second time staying at the Bullpen-absolutely love it here! Fantastic location with amazing surroundings. The place is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Can’t recommend enough for any with dogs as the convenience of having a lovely country park to walk to from the property is amazing. It is very quiet and private-our dogs felt right at home! Gus is a fantastic host, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Gus we had a wonderful time!

This was by far the best place we stayed on our two week trip through England. If you are looking for a quintessential Cotswold experience this is the place for you! Catherine was friendly and greeted us on arrival as I was looking up my emailed instructions for checkin. We easily parked for free on the street in front of the home, which is the Main Street in Stow in the Wold. Then you open the door, go though a little tunnel and it opens up to a beautiful secret garden like cottage. The vacation cottage is around back through a gated area with total privacy and stunning gardens with surreal birdsong throughout your stay. The accommodations were just as pictured with a full kitchen, table, family sitting area and the bedrooms upstairs. Having 2 baths was great for our family of 4. Beds were comfy and all the linens, window coverings, etc were high quality. Extra blankets were there for chilly nights. Very clean and well kept. Would have loved to stay longer! Highly recommend!

Karen is the best host that we have ever met and her property is the best one that we have experienced. All facilities and stuff are perfect, good standard and quality, the beautiful garden and Karen's kindest support made us feel right at home. All the best wishes to Karen, Selina

This cottage was perfect for our needs. It is situated in a quiet mews just off a road but we couldn't hear any traffic. It was only a five minute walk into the town centre, which had plenty of pubs and restaurants. There was a very large TV in the lounge although we barely used it. The kitchen looked fine, although we barely used that either. Witney is a lovely town to explore Oxford and the surrounding countryside.

We stayed just for night but place is so beautiful, location and view. Fully recommend to anyone.
