Holiday rentals with a patio in Oxfordshire

Kate’s place was amazing! Such a great little spot right on the edge of the Cotswolds in the lovely town of Carterton. Perfect if you’ve got a dog - the ground floor studio has its own private garden which was super handy. The place was spotless and really cozy. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be coming back!

We had the most amazing few days staying in Lorraine and Rory’s annexe for my birthday. They greeted myself and my friend on our arrivals and were so lovely, giving us recommendations and telling us all we needed to know. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel so welcome. The accommodation itself is gorgeous! It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The location was perfect too. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within a 20 minute drive and it was a perfect quiet place to stay. I will be recommending Lorraine and Rory’s air bnb to friends and family and hope to come back in the future!

Small but perfectly formed. My sister and I stayed for a couple of nights. The place was easy to find and quite well appointed. Nice, tidy kitchen and bathroom. Easy-to-use sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable ever but I slept well. Would be happy to visit again and I appreciated the effort in hosting this quality of place.

This is a really nice place in immaculate condition, very clean, quiet overnight slept well and parking on the drive is nice as well. I would recommend staying here. Provided tea and coffee and a pint of milk which is a nice touch.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in and Kate was a fantastic host. The apartment is in the middle of the gorgeous Oxfordshire countryside and we even had a chance to see some rare wildlife like wild owls hunting! The apartment was modern and to a really spec and was like home for 2 nights for us and our son! Kate was so responsive, sent us lots of lovely recommendations and even provided a high chair and some toys for our son! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend Kate and her place to anyone! Excellent stay!

We had an amazing stay at Thyme Cottage. It is an absolutely charming space with a beautiful garden - in an enchanting village with the kindest people! We loved walking from Blenheim Palace to the cottage and also enjoyed the delicious bread and jam Alison had left as a gift. This was a magical stay - thank you Alison!

We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Hill view cottage was dreamy from top to bottom. Our host, the lodging and the surroundings were so lovely. Everything was perfection. We will be back! Thank you for a magical little vacation Hill View!

We’ve been staying in Airbnb accommodation for the last ten years, and this is up there with one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautiful place, spotlessly clean,quiet location, powerful hot shower, comfy bed, private secure drive. Easy to find and located in a rural yet not isolated part of the country. Quick response from the proprietors. Within easy reach of some beautiful NT properties, and within the grounds of Stowe castle gardens for a walk from the door. Would highly recommend.

This was a lovely stopover on our way home and Sally was very welcoming and friendly. It's such a peaceful location with a beautiful back garden. Highly recommended.

The cottage was beautiful and very peaceful. A great location to explore the area with loads of places to visit. Ophelia was extremely helpful. Good places to eat locally and in walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely few days at Bakery Cottage. Such a beautiful location and within a short drive from most of the places you’ll need to get to in the Cotswolds. The cottage was perfect for our needs, we felt at home from the moment we stepped inside.

I think this is possibly one of the best catered properties I have ever stayed in. We didn’t want for anything over a 5 night stay, even milk in the fridge and a sponge cake (delicious!) waiting for us when we arrived. It was perfectly clean and instructions for accessing the building were clear and easy to follow. It was well situated for us, which meant we didn’t have long travel time to Oxford or local Cotswold villages. We had a mixture of weather - glorious sunshine to torrential rain - but coming back after sightseeing we could either sit on the patio or get cozy in the lounge under the numerous blankets available. A lovely place to stay!

We had a great stay, it was ideal for my partner and I, and our dog due to the very spacious garden for her to run around in. The Annex exactly as pictured and described and had everything you’d need for a relaxing and peaceful time away. Sam the host was very helpful if we needed anything and made it easy for us to check in. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially with a dog. Couldn’t fault it, we will definitely be returning!

Stayed with my family to attend my graduation from the university and it was great. Everything was clean and well-organized, and it was great being so close to the city center and the bus stop, within walking distance from both and plenty of stores and restaurants. Claudia was a wonderful host, always available for questions and quick to respond, plus the welcome note she left on the refrigerator was a lovely touch and made the stay even cozier 😊 She also sent recommendations for sightseeing, places to eat, and things to do. Everything was exactly as pictured and I loved the decor. The only downside if you don't want to climb is that it's up a few flights of stairs, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a fantastic place to stay for a great price.

Nice flat which is actually part of Shaun's house, but with separate, private amenities, including a section of a large garden and space to park the car. It is an ideal base for exploring the local countryside, notably White Horse Hill and other nique sites such as Wayland's Smithy Long Barrow. The flat has one large room which serves as both the bedroom with a double bed at one end, and the living room, with a comfortable, three seater sofa and a television at the other end. Of the two further rooms, one is a kitchen with an eating/seating area and a fridge freezer, microwave oven and air fryer and the third is a large bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk in shower. There is plenty of spotless kitchenware and large towels and cushions. You will find Shaun extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a pub/restaurant about a mile up the road, but the restaurant is not open every day. You need a vehicle to venture out further and shop. We enjoyed visiting The Lamb at Wantage.

I stayed at Susan’s place for 2 nights with my husband and a 5 month old daughter for friend’s wedding. The room was bigger than we expected and very clean. Location is so quiet and you can hear bird’s chirping in the morning, it was lovely and peaceful wake up!✨ It was about 10 minutes by driving to Bourton-on-the-water where is very famous beautiful town and we enjoyed walking in the town before we went back to where we live. Thank you Susan for letting us stay, I’d love to stay at yours again when I come back to Cotswolds in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Bryoni’s place. It was spotlessly clean and set in the most beautiful grounds. Bryoni was so kind to leave us some essentials and a lovely bottle of wine. Would love to come and stay again!

Had a really lovely stay will be back if work brings me this way and if its available. Supremely clean, beautiful bathroom looks brand new! Comfy bed, lush shower, everything you could need in the kitchen and a funky kettle lol lovely snacks and tv with standard channels as well as YouTube Netflix etc great place to stay highly recommended

Harvey's & Maggie's place was a perfect retreat for our family, very spacious private parking and outside garden to use. I did the Blenheim triathlon and it was perfectly located to avoid traffic delays. They were both very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend staying there.
