The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

The apartment is on the second floor of a 300-year-old half-timbered house in a quiet location in Owingen, about 7 km or 10 minutes from Lake Constance. Parking is available right in front of the house. A bakery with a small supermarket is a two-minute walk away. Also within walking distance are two inns, a kebab shop and a café, butcher, post office, banks and a pharmacy.

Renovated - Beautiful fisherman's cottage with lake access

This is our third time staying at the Fisherman's Cottage and have already booked our next stay! The cottage is ideal for a couple to enjoy a peaceful, lakeside stay. There is a public beach about 5 minutes walk with a little cafe for food and drinks. Town is about a 15 minute walk with many restaurants and cafes. The cottage comes equipped with outdoor furniture to relax in, a stand-up paddle board and a sauna. Pet friendly too!

We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was flawless and they responded quickly to all questions. The apartment is a dream and the location is great, inmax. 5 minutes on foot to the lake and the center. Only the sliding door in the bathroom could be a bit annoying if you only come together as friends 😉 But that's just a small thing. We can only recommend the apartment and the hosts.

There were four of us, two adults and 2 children staying with Andreas. The apartment was absolutely good for that. About 15 minutes away from the lake and by bike it was also possible to get to the lake. Andreas was very helpful and easily accessible. We can only recommend the place.

Max and Ksenia gave us a great stay. The building in which the apartment is located was so clean and tidy that it was almost unnoticeable. Everything was impeccably maintained and furnished. You have not seen any dust, dirt or remnants of previous tenants, really great. There were numerous recommendations for companies, etc. and the two always had an open ear for concerns. Also otherwise the location was fantastic, 50 steps from the promenade. We can highly recommend it. Thank you! 🤩

The apartment is large and well appointed. The bus stop is right next to it and it's only a 15-minute drive to Überlingen. Unfortunately, we did not receive a guest card from Claus and had to pay 4.10 per trip. Otherwise, Claus was always available and very nice.

We stayed in Inge's apartment in Owingen again. We enjoyed it very much again. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. Inge is a nice and friendly host. The communication with her works very well.

Sonja's accommodation is ideal for a short stay. I felt very comfortable Room as described, large private bathroom and a kettle for morning coffee. Parking and bicycle storage. Friendly welcome by Sonja at check-in. Great value for money! Thank you for the nice stay, would come back anytime.
