Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Overland Park

We were very happy with the property! It was centrally located with great places to eat at and coffee shops and local shopping nearby. The home was roomy and set up well for a family to enjoy. We would stay again!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time at this house and location. Peaceful neighborhood with tons of squirrels and birds which we all love to watch. My toddler loved to pick the wildflowers and roam the yard and neighborhood on nice days. The location was perfect as it was relatively close to wonderscope, Deanna rose farmstead and other attractions that was recommended by the host. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out instructions were clear and reasonable. I would stay here again when I come to visit family.

I absolutely loved the neighborhood super quiet and safe. bedside are comfy kitchen is stocked well...we can't wait to come back to this beautiful gem of a home on our next run thru kc... This house was absolutely beautiful!! It made a perfect place for our family to stay to watch our daughter graduate with her PhD .

Awesome place perfect for our family visit to see our niece graduate. Right near major dining and grocery stores so that was a plus ! Great amenities within the home especially having laundry available for our little ones. Would stay again.

This is my second time staying there. The exterior that not attract much but the inside tells very different story: cozy and neat place. Large kitchen with great appliances. the bathroom is a big + The neighborhood is so quiet. Will recommend.

Perfect! They really thought of everything. Anything I needed was already there. It’s a very comfortable and quiet place.

It was very comfortable to stay at Russ’s place. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. Nice large living room area. The pool was wonderful on the hot days we had. Russ was out of town but always available by messaging. We felt very cared for during our stay. Highly recommend!

Jacob’s place was great! Spacious, very welcoming, and clean. It’s close enough to Kansas City (30 minute drive from Kauffman Stadium) but it was nice to be away from the big city. The town square in which his place is located is so cool and looks like it’s out of a movie set. Too bad the coffee shop located below is closed on Sundays, so we didn’t get a chance to check it out. Would definitely stay here again and would want to book more than one night next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful Airbnb and had plenty of space for our group. Easy to get into and check out was very easy as well!

This place was great for my girls and I during my bachelorette weekend! The beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had the things we needed to make dinner. I loved that the table was big enough for all of us to sit and play games. The keypad locks on the doors made us feel safe and secure.

Our family loved the location being so close to restaurants and the Convention Center, and the extra space and comfort of an apartment.

Book this space. Like, seriously. Chris was super friendly, a great host, very communicative. The actual Lodge was GORGEOUS. The attention to detail of decor had us sitting there in awe. Beautiful decor, cozy layout, great space, comfy furniture and bed, amazing shower, cute patio area, unassuming outside, super easy to find and access. We even caught him at the perfect time to get to check out the other spaces and some recs for good local food! I’m pretty sure we’d move in tomorrow if Chris was up for renting! We’ll definitely be back!
