In a good, quiet location. Great welcome. Dog friendly. Lovely wood sauna. Special thanks to the host's mother who made me feel at home.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. It's nice to continue your journey rested. We'll definitely be back again. Thanks for your kind service!

We rented Helena's house for our family's use for the second time. The house is in a quiet location and it is easy to get around in the Oulu area. There you will find a full kitchen equipment for more demanding cooking and plenty of space inside and on the outdoor terrace. Communication with Helena is easy and fast. If you are traveling to Oulu, you will certainly not find a better place to stay.

Wonderful property and great outdoor facilities.

Amazing experience. The location is great for seeing auroras (we saw them!) and only half an hour from Rovaniemi. The lake is very beautiful. The cottage is very well equipped and cozy. The only issue we had was the door locks which are not intuitive. The host's communication was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Good value in the apartment. Very peaceful apartment and easy to get to. We got really good and comprehensive instructions before the stay. A big plus for Friday sauna shift! Easy to get to by car, there were parking spaces.

We had a lovely holiday in Sanna’s beautiful home. It was perfect for the whole family - even better than we had expected from the photos. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes drive to the town but so peaceful and right across the road from the lake. We enjoyed so many walks on the lake, ice fishing with the equipment Sanna provided, the hot tub and sauna and the youngest member of the family expended lots of energy on the bouncy castle in the basement. Sanna was so helpful with recommendations in advance. It has been a wonderful family holiday, aided by good weather, bright blue skies and great sights of the northern lights. Great place for short stay. Very friendly hosts.

The villa swamp is a stunning, museum-like haven of peace and nature. Hunting land can be found nearby and you can really enjoy your vacation in peace. Carrying water and no-electricity is suitable for this place. Alex is great hosts and ready to help if needed. Everything went just as planned.

My family and I were on an Easter holiday in Kuusamo. We stayed at Suvi's cottage that provided a great setting for calming down. Messaging with Suvi was flexible and quick. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was nice to get there. Grilling in a home, as well as a lakeside sauna and an opening at the end of the day, crowned the holiday.

Peaceful house, apartment at ground level, easy to move goods. The car was easily parked in the yard. Shops and eateries within walking distance. The apartment also has a sauna.

Cute small and cozy cottage in a nice spot . The cottage has everything you need. The closest neighbor closer than we expected, but we didn't experience any disturbance. Great sauna! Our little family enjoyed a couple of nights at the cottage, recommend! ☺️
