The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

Käytössäsi on koko saunatupa, jossa on tuvan puoli, kylpyhuone ja sauna. Tilaa on kahdelle vieraalle. Saunatupa on talomme yhteydessä. Käytössäsi on pieni jääkaappi, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, astiat, petivaatteet, pyyhkeet, luomu kahvia ja teetä. ☕ Sopii allergikoille. Lämpimästi tervetuloa! 🌿

Rennon idyllisessä maalaisympäristössä sijaitseva omakotitalon pihapiirin erillisrakennuksen vierastila. Oma häiritsemätön rauha ja yksityisyys taataan majoittujille. Vierastilassa oma keittiö ja wc+suihku. Lapsiystävällinen paikka, tilaa touhuta isossa pihassa. Keinu ja muita leikkivälineitä vapaasti käytössä. Lisämaksusta 30€ on käytössä puulämmitteinen pihasauna ja takkatupa. Nuotiopaikat on vapaassa käytössä. Autolle katospaikka. Sähköauton lataus TYPE2/voimavirtapistoke, 10-20€/lataus.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna room. Here you can relax in the soft wooden sauna steam and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna room is 26m2 in total. On the side of the room there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and refrigerator, and a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the deck. Includes bedding, towels, and final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging possibility.(11kw) Charge €0.25/ kWh.

Mökki on hirsirakenteinen hevostilan vanha päärakennus ja kohta 100 vuotta vanha. Vuonna 2010 mökki on peruskorjattu lattiasta kattoon. Mökissä on 45 neliötä ja sisältää makuuhuoneen, tuvan ja kylpyhuoneen. Mökki sijaitsee hevostilan pihapiirissä ja tilalla on hevosia ja kissoja. Hevosia saa tervehtiä sovittaessa. Isäntäväki asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Ruokakauppaan 6 km Uimarannalle 4 km Luontopolulle 3 km Ouluun 35 km I speak english.
