Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ouder-Amstel

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Stéphanies Haus. Die Lage war schön ruhig, ein Spielplatz vor der Tür, was perfekt mit Kindern war, und trotzdem waren wir mit Bus oder Metro schnell in der Stadt. Für uns der perfekte Ort um Abends nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, hell und komfortabel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Stéphanie war eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Großartige und sehr saubere Unterkunft bei wundervollen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit bester ÖPNV Anbindung an ArenA, Ziggo Dome sowie Amsterdam Zentrum. Herzlichen Dank! We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Lage ist traumhaft! das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. besonders war vor allem, dass Ingrid und Robert so gut erreichbar waren. leider war das Haus Recht verstaubt.. Ingrid schien darüber auch sehr verärgert, dass die Reinigungsfirma schlecht geputzt hatte und zeigte sich kulant. uns hat es dennoch sehr gut gefallen! besonders der Außenbereich und die Sauna sind traumhaft!!!

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa de Hester & Maarten durante 15 días este mes de agosto. La casa es muy acogedora, con un salón para lectura o ver la TV y disfrutar de la chimenea en días fríos, una cocina-comedor diáfana con parte del techo de cristal y acceso directo al jardín. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el baño con vistas a los campos que tiene la casa en la parte posterior (verdes, por supuesto). La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, en una calle tranquila a orillas del rio Amstel en Ouderkerk, fuera de la ciudad. Para visitar Amsterdam puedes usar el tranvia o el bus y en 15 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. La comunicación con ellos ha sido fluida y han resuelto nuestras dudas y consultas rápidamente, así que no podemos hacer otra cosa que recomendar esta vivienda para escapadas de una o dos semanas a Amsterdam. Nos hemos sentido como en casa!! Como dicen en neerlandes , hemos tenido esa sensación de gezelligheid, esa sensación de confort y un ambiente acogedor.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Morgens Kaffee im Wintergarten mit Blick auf die Herde Kühe, per Park&Ride sind wir danach gut in die Stadt gekommen und abends konnten wir wieder in der Natur entspannen - ein super Mix! Amber war sehr gut erreichbar und unkompliziert! Danke!

Top accommodatie, smaakvol ingericht, heerlijk licht modern huis. De gastvrije ontvangst van Nina en Arno samen met de heerlijke koffiebonen en het flesje wijn maakte het warme welkom helemaal af. Mijn zoontje heeft zich fantastisch kunnen vermaken met de spullen en speelgoed van hun dochter Tedje, erg fijn dat we daar gebruik van mochten maken. De communicatie verliep altijd snel en soepel, Nina is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis bevind zich in een prachtige natuurrijke omgeving aan de rand van Amsterdam, zou zeker nog een keer terug willen komen in de zomerperiode! Kortom, erg prettig verblijf, zeker aan te bevelen.

After having stayed in Amsterdam many times, I decided to look for something peaceful outside of the city for my family. Arnout's place is perfect and we felt at home right away. The village (Oouderkerk Aan De Amstel) is gorgeous and has everything you need within walking distance, including a 150 year old bakery and many good reataurants. Walking along the river and exploring the area was a highlight every day. Very convenient transport links to the centre of Amsterdam...will definitely stay again.

Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Debbie’s place is absolutely outstanding. Huge windows overlooking the Amstel so even if it’s raining, it isn’t gloomy. Super comfortable big bed, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Stylish but comfortable furniture in every room. Debbie is really helpful and has loads of good suggestions about where to go and what to see. But you could just lie on the day bed, look out of the window at the passing action - boats, cyclists, dog walkers - and be content! Great pub/restaurant on the corner two minutes’ walk from flat. Most fabulous place we’ve ever stayed.

Laurent is a fantastic host: helpful, always ready to give great advice about his neighborhood and beyond, and super quick to respond to messages. We asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out so we wouldn’t have to carry it around all day, and he was happy to help. On the first day, he even welcomed us with some snacks and wine, and there’s also coffee and tea available. The house is a typical Dutch home, so the stairs to reach the apartment on the third floor are narrow and steep — a great way to stay in shape! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The little terrace is really lovely . the neighborhood is a great place to stay: full of shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s well connected by public transport (line 4 takes you to the city center and line 3 to the museum district), but you can also reach the center with a 25-minute walk. This was my best experience with Airbnb. I absolutely recommend it.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

I stayed for 2 nights in Vinkeveen and truly enjoyed my time there. The area is beautiful and very pleasant. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, and the check-in was absolutely smooth. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Schöne, kleine Unterkunft. Perfekt geeignet um mit der Bahn nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Kommunikation mit den Hosts lief problemlos. Die 2 Nächte vor Ort haben uns gut gefallen.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Henri our stay was very nice and the personal touch like ,fruit,beard,eggs etc in the fridge and the other personal touches in the flat made us very welcome,if we come to Amsterdam again i would definitely stay there,it was excellent.thankyou mel & henri for allowing us to share your home with us . Gospodarz wypełnił lodówkę niespodziewanym poczęstunkiem napojami oraz winem, co nas miło zaskoczyło. W mieszkaniu było dużo miejsca, było ogólnie ładnie. Troszkę zmarzłam w nocy, ale w gorące dni będzie super. Słychać było kroki mieszkających nad nami oraz jak ktoś używa wodę, ponieważ dom jest dawno wybudowany. Napewno bardzo ładny ogródek. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny Gospodarz.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.
