This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. Wonderful home on the Amstel river

Great modern house with all the facilities you need. Large south facing garden for kids to play and parents to relax. Beautiful location on the Amstel River. 25 min by bike to the center of Amsterdam or 10 min by car. Besides being close to Amsterdam you have the pretty village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel next door. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has great restaurants. If you want to enjoy the best Amsterdam has to offer and still enjoy a "rural" feel and relaxing atmosphere, this is your pick.

Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Historic Veenhut on the peas

Just a 20-minute drive from Amsterdam, you will find yourself completely in nature, on an island in the Vinkeveense Plassen. This cabin is the only peat hut still standing on the peat peat sign time. The peat steamers put the peat to dry in this cabin and stayed there as well. During WWII, the resistance stayed in this cabin and after WWII the cabin also served as a "church" for the fishermen who went to the wrong there. The peat cabin has been completely restored for 6-8 people.

“Kruithuis aan de Amstel” is close to Amsterdam, an attractive, authentic building. Great for families and business travelers. Free parking, 15 minutes by car from Schiphol airport. Conference center Rai and the Ziggo Dome are just around the corner. The Kruithuis is located in a historical building which was built in 1918 for the storage of ammunition. Enjoy the nature, the peace and the river Amstel. Only 15 min drive/20 min bike ride from bustling Amsterdam.
