Family-friendly holiday rentals in Otranto

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Zimmer und Frühstück waren echt super und der Whirlpool war echt toll.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

Casa arredata con gusto e completa sia in cucina che nel resto dell’arredo oltre che molto pulita! Posizione fantastica per girare il basso Salento. Grazie per tutto! Wir kamen wegen Verspätung unseres Fluges spätabends an. Cosimo's Eltern haben uns trotzdem sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen, sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und uns sogar noch eine Pizza besorgt. Das Haus ist perfekt, schön ruhig, bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Es war alles an Grundausstattung da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen durchdachten Details ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Schatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, und unter der Woche waren keine Leute da. Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche.

Ada is a delightful hostess. Her place is wonderful little oasis, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it without other guests, so can’t comment on the privacy, but it’s a perfect place to discover the area if you have a car. Loved the pool, Ada’s cooking and the cheeky cats that run the place. Definitely recommend.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

Un logement 5 étoiles. Grand appartement, bien exposé, très bien équipé, et dans un quartier calme. Tout en étant proche de la plage, et des petits commerces. Vélo, bbq et Jacuzzi à disposition. Dosettes de café et bouteille de vin rouge offerte. Une vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil époustouflant. Nous y serions bien restés quelques jours de plus. Je recommande à 1000%.

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also. I would highly recommend Donatello and Massimina’s naturalistic home to anyone seeking charm and quiet. They are such lovely hosts too. Many thanks for our fab stay.

We enjoyed an incredible one week stay. Stunning location - excellent for exploring southern area of Puglia and enjoying the beauty & serenity of Mancaversa. The fabulous accommodation exceeded our expectations. The photos just cannot do justice to the view from the property and the sound of the sea was soothing every day. The property has good space inside and outside, we felt very at home. Franceso was an extremely helpful host. He provided clear instructions on getting to the property and finding our way around the local area. He was responsive when we needed to seek some medical assistance too. He really made our stay as smooth as possible.

Logement tout simplement magnifique, très spacieux et calme. La proximité avec le centre historique de Lecce est un plus, tout est accessible à pied. Enfin, Davide a été réactif et de bons conseils, je recommande vivement !

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The church was 2 mins walking from the Airbnb and it was very convenient findingg everything in town. There were plenty of places where we could eat, drink and shop. We love the private space and the location was not on the main street so noise was surprisingly lower than I expected it to be. The host checked in to make sure we were ok and was responsive. It was about 8 min walk from the train station making it very convenient for us. I would definitely booked again if I'm in Lecce again.

The apartment is very spacious and has a very comfortable, homey feel. The private terrace is lovely. It is a perfect location on a side street not far from all the attractions and various shops. We would definitely stay here again. Mario was very helpful and responsive with the remote check in.

We had a wonderful time at Barbara’s house. It’s beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. We loved watching the swifts on the terrace in the evening. All the sights were in walkable distance and Barbara was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless. Thank you Barbara Ruth and Neil

Beautiful old villa apartment, ideal for exploring old Lecce. Giuliana was a perfect host - rapid, friendly and helpful responses and very welcoming. A great place to stay with friends or family - the rooftop terrace is ideal for an evening aperitivo. Very comfortable and well-equipped but 2 flights of stairs to the entrance and more to the upper bedroom and terrace so it is not ideal for those with limited mobility. A delightful and characterful place to stay - it quickly felt like "home".

Paola is een fijne gastvrouw en ontving ons heel hartelijk. Ze gaf fijne informatie over parkeren en restaurants. Parkeren is lastig in Lecce. Wij waren vroeg in het seizoen en toen ging het wel. Het appartement is prachtig, heel mooi ingericht. De douche is heel erg fijn en kijkt uit op een klein binnenplaatsje. Alles is voorzien van horren tegen de muggen. De lokatie is top, super dicht in het centrum en toch rustig. Wij vonden het bar/restaurant/ontbijttentje Flow enorm leuk. We komen heel graag terug in Lecce en in het appartement van Paola. Super bedankt.

wij zijn met open armen ontvangen door Allessandro. hij heeft ons het laten zien en verteld wat wij het beste konden doen. het huis was fantastisch alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. het terras is ruim en heeft een mooi uitzicht. doordat je in de luwte zit kun je al snel buiten zitten en heb je geen idee dat je in een toeristische plaats bent. het is fijn als je uit de toeristische drukte in het appartement achter je te laten. de auto kun je niet bij het appartement parkeren daarvoor is een algemene parkeerplaats bij de haven. Allessandro heeft ons daarover geïnformeerd, heel fijn. voor een volgende bezoek is dit zeker aan te bevelen.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Villa avec un espace extérieur magnifique, une superbe terrasse et piscine vue mer. L’intérieur de la villa est plus petit mais bien équipé et suffisant. Deux espaces nuit indépendants, cela peut être appréciable pour l’intimité de chacun. Villa isolée au cœur de la nature, il y a de ce fait beaucoup d’insectes divers. Alberto et Chiara ont été très accueillant et réactifs. Nous avons eu un panier garni de divers spécialité locales que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Marco hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Terrasse mit Pool sind wunderschön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. An der schönen, nahegelegenen Bucht befindet sich eine gute Strandbar. Castro liegt gerade so in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ein Vorteil war der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit Giorgio war schnell und unkompliziert.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à la Villa Grandi Fiori. La situation est idéale : à deux pas du charmant village d’Oria, au cœur des Pouilles, un point de départ parfait pour explorer la région. La villa est vraiment superbe : spacieuse, confortable et aménagée avec goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner avec plaisir pendant notre séjour. Plusieurs terrasses entourent la maison, parfaites pour profiter du soleil ou de l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. Le jardin, entièrement entouré de haies, nous a offert une intimité totale et une tranquillité absolue – un véritable havre de paix. Merci à Ingrid et Piet pour votre accueil chaleureux. C’était un plaisir de faire votre connaissance. La Villa Grandi Fiori est sans aucun doute une adresse où l’on rêve déjà de revenir !
