Holiday rentals with beach access in Ostia

The accommodation was perfect and the communication was also very pleasant. The good service was extra nice, they even helped with the taxi to the airport.

Really lovely stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very close to the beach. It’s lovely and quiet, in a residential area. It’s about a 30 min walk from the main square with a selection of restaurants and bars. There are restaurants closer. Would highly recommend!

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. It was the perfect place for an overnight stay when we had to leave the next day to fly home. Caterinas place was very clean and cute. Easy walk to restaurants. She was a very good, friendly host!!

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at Claudio’s was wonderful. Our family of 5 had a flight on Sunday and needed somewhere to stay the night before. He was responsive and even let us check in early. The place was clean and beautiful, so much so that my daughter did not want to leave to visit Rome ☺️. We took the bus to terminal 3 then a train to Rome for the day. We ate at a restaurant in Fiumicino and had a lovely last day/night. Claudio was gracious and took us to the airport early the next day.

Honestly, best vacation of my life. Amazing accessibility to the beach and adorable neighbourhood with tranquility.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

Well furnished apartment with all the comforts and the description in the listing is accurate. A large terrace overlooking the pedestrian square and the sea as a backdrop is all you need to spend relaxing evenings! Nadia is an empathetic host who welcomed me warmly, making me feel right at home. A short stay with a real impact. I will definitely return to this oasis of peace.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea‘s apartment. Andrea was very welcoming and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely, a place that immediately feels like home. We could always reach Andrea whenever we had questions, he even showed us around the area, the best stay in Italy so far! We would love to come back to this place. <3

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Mattia and his mom were very nice the entire weekend stay we had! His mom picked us up from the airport for a small fee instead of the expensive Uber rates! The place was clean, and he responded quickly to any of our requests!

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We were really very friendly received, everything was super explained the apartment is very nicely furnished as in the pictures, Netflix etc. also works without problems. We had a nice welcome basket with a lunch (pasta & arrabiatasauce) and other goodies and a bottle of water, so you don't necessarily have to go shopping right away. And the apartment is very close to the beach, you can see and hear the sea from the balcony. Simply magical!! Many thanks to Maria Christina and Francesco, we felt at home. And we will definitely come back!!
