Maria’s place is located in an area very close to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Her place is absolutely spotless clean. I would recommend her place and would certainly stay there again.

Our stay was great. We had privacy and could get to the beach or Rome by bus or taxi. The hostess was helpful and friendly.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Great apartment, maybe a little smaller than you may think from the pictures. it's in a very quiet side street and the balcony was lovely. the kitchen is very small so I wouldn't plan on cooking however you are in the city centre with food everywhere so there's no real need. it was very clean and great value, maria who meets the guests was very nice and friendly and had lots of tips for the city. highly recommend the place

Great location right on the beach. Host quickly responded to questions asked and even let us check in early. The location is right next to a bar/restaurant which had live music to listen to in the evening. It was a little loud with the music and the airplanes flying overhead, but we didn't mind and loved being right next to the ocean.

The accommodation was perfect and the communication was also very pleasant. The good service was extra nice, they even helped with the taxi to the airport.

The place was very comfortable, excellent for those who have a very early flight or a very long connection and want to rest. Transportation is really close and there are two shopping centers next door. We managed to go to the village and get to know it and it was very easy to get there.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and it was super helpful that the host met up with us to give clear instructions and make sure we were settled in. Made everything easy and stress-free.

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

If you want to stay in a peaceful place. This is the one . You can walk to local restaurants and grocery stores stores in Ladispoli- it’s quiet a walk. public transportations are not easily accessible.

A very good stay in Emilio's apartment. Emilio is very friendly and responsive. For our short stay in Rome, we stayed 3 nights in the apartment. The listing is very clean and as described. We'll be back without hesitation. Thank you Emilio.

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this apartment during my visit to Rome and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a few steps away: restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and many tourist spots. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and very well connected. The apartment is cozy, clean and very well equipped, ideal for both short and long stays. I felt at home from the start. I especially highlight the host's attention, who was incredibly kind, always available to help and with very good local recommendations. You can tell that he really cares about making your stay perfect. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!
