This unique home has its very own style. Located near the city's Axeltorv, close to dining and business, and close to the harbor quay. This is the house for a cozy weekend or a longer vacation. The house contains 2 floors with a ground floor that is furnished as a tasteful "meeting room" with a smaller kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is a larger city apartment with large, bright and south-facing living room, kitchen in retro style (renovated), bathroom with toilet and bedroom. Private cozy courtyard.

The terraced house is located in the quiet and green municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. Two guest rooms with three and four beds each are available. One guest room measures 12 square meters (2nd floor). Bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters) + folding bed (0.80 x 1.90 meters). The second guest room is in the attic (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + 2 mattresses. Access via a folding staircase. In the converted basement there is a hobby room with table tennis table and dumbbells (5-22 kg), yoga equipment, etc.

Lovely holiday apartment in the scenic Nysted. The apartment is furnished in an old half-timbered house dating back to 1761. Furnished with kitchen, nice living room with old porcelain tiled stove, private bathroom, cozy double bedroom, own exit to enclosed courtyard. Cozy double alcoves, best suited for children. Private entrance to the apartment from the street. Approximately 50 m from the harbour. It all oozes of authentic townhouse romance.

Vacation home Lübeck Falkenwiese

Stay in a stylishly furnished townhouse in the city center of Lübeck between the Wakenitz (part of the Schaalsees/Ratzeburg Lake) and the old town - 130 m² to feel good. The historic old town of Lübeck, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is within walking distance. The location on the water is unique for the city center. You have to choose between multiple nature baths. The natural swimming pool Falkenwiese is just a stone's throw away.

The vacation is ideal for a maximum of six people (4 adults +2 children). You will find a terrace with garden and a roof terrace, all in the heart of Eckernförde, walking distance to the beach and downtown. In the house there are three bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area. In the former garden house there is an infrared sauna and a corner hot tub. The bathroom is a pass-through bathroom, but all doors are lockable.

Timberframe house near Marstal Harbour

The house is one of the old and original houses in “skipperbyen” (Skippertown) in the heart of Marstal, build in early 1800’s. The house used to be a bakery (in what is now the kitchen) and a sailmaker once did his magic on the first floor hundred years ago. The house have been restored and brought into the 21st century comforts, while staying true to its history, pedigree and charm.
