Der Strand, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplätze und vieles mehr sind in weniger als 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Ihr schlaft in traumhaften Boxspringbetten. Zum entspannen legt euch in die Badewanne. Ein zweites Bad mit Dusche habt ihr zur Wahl. Küche und Wohnbereich machen die Wohnung über zwei Ebenen komplett. Zum Verweilen laden euch der Balkon in der Abendsonne oder die Terrasse in der Mittagssonne ein.

View to the west: into the countryside and wonderful sunsets! The harbor/beach promenade with nice restaurants, small shops & various specialty stores is reached via an overpass directly in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity is a nice playground. We rent purely privately (no commercial activity).

The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour, the surrounding moors on foot in about 20 minutes. The sun-drenched apartment is completely newly furnished and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is located directly on the property.
