This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a former warehouse directly on the city ditch of Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min. , Railway station approx. 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a nursery school, on the upper floors apartments, an office and a room to move (occasional classes in the evening). It gets very quiet at night because the house is not located on a street.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
