This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a former warehouse directly on the city ditch of Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min. , Railway station approx. 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a nursery school, on the upper floors apartments, an office and a room to move (occasional classes in the evening). It gets very quiet at night because the house is not located on a street.

Die Einliegerwohnung (70 qm) liegt im Obergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Das Haus ist ein norddeutsches Brickhouse mit roten Ziegeln. Ich wohne mit meiner Familie im Erdgeschoss. Es ist ein "Pfeifenstielgrundstück“, dass heißt, es liegt etwas zurück, also nicht an der Straße. Daher ist es hier idyllisch ruhig. N E U: Die Tourismussteuern sind in meinem Preis enthalten. Ihr müsst bei mir nicht extra dafür zahlen.
