Plenty of space with balcony and garden

Enjoy your stay in the old building in the elegant Harvestehude in a quiet and at the same time central location with balcony, garden, lots of space, stylish furnishings and the Alster directly behind the house. In addition to a very good public transport connection, the area is characterized by parks with sunbathing lawns, the Outer Alster and many great cafes for coffee, snacks or brunch. Within a short time you can reach the city center, hip areas such as Schanze and St. Pauli, but also train stations and the airport.

Charmante Altbauwohnung nahe Alster im Herzen Winterhudes Gemütliche Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Lage – nur 5 Gehminuten von der Alster entfernt. Perfekt für 2–3 Personen, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Hamburg-Aufenthalt braucht. Cafés, Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck. Gute Anbindung an Bus & Bahn. Es handelt sich um meine private Wohnung, die ich gelegentlich vermiete – umso mehr freue ich mich über Gäste, die Hamburg bei schönem Wetter entdecken möchten.

The stylish apartment is situated on the first floor of a late 19th century villa in the beaitiful neighboorhood of Harvestehude, close to the amazing park area around the Alster lake. The apartment with its high ceilingss consists of a spacious living room with a work desk facing the garden infront of the house, the bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and the bathroom with a bath tub and shower facilities between the two rooms. There is no kitchen in the apartment.

Cosy, bright little apartment

Very cosy, bright and stylish apartment that I actually live in. I only rent it when I am on vacation. Two rooms (one bedroom and one living room with a fully equipped kitchen inside). Equipped with a bathtub that includes a shower, a shared washing machine in the basement, a 1,4m bed, a large sofa, a Sonos sound system and a big TV. Location is in the nice Winterhude area, right next to two underground lines, the Stadtpark and only 2km walking to the Alster.

We offer a great quiet 1-room apartment for two people (or three if the child is allowed to sleep in the middle) in the immediate vicinity of trade fair, university and downtown. The small apartment has a kitchenette with fridge, sink and two hotplates (on request we can provide an oven), a small bathroom, seating for eating or working and a gallery with a double bed (180x200). Highlight: Daylight lamp! Feels like summer!
