Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

Cozy and beautiful accommodation spread over 65 sqm (2nd floor) on shared lake plot. Two bedrooms and sofa bed. Wake up, cook and wash your dishes while looking out over the ocean. Wide lawn for playing, outdoor games are available to borrow kubb, crocket and the like. The house is adjacent to the ownership of the house. Please let me know if you would like to have a dog with you. The plot flows out to the sea in a natural beach. It is shallow, a little dicey with pebbles. Wi-Fi is not included, you stream through your own phone and networks from chrome cast via TV. Sheets not included.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

Welcome to Ellan Heights, a newly built (Dec 2022) architect-designed house with ocean views, beach and in peaceful environment with no view of neighbors. The house has four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, state of the art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with a view. For guests there is free wood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away, sandy beach and fishing waters await. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home a stone's throw from the Manor area and the Walloon media dating back to the 17th century. Beautiful surroundings and swimming around the corner at Stordammen. There is a small beach,diving tower, kayak rental and kiosk for hot summer days. Next to the house the canal runs and on the jetty you can drink your morning coffee with the dragonflies. The old mill is located next door. Nice hiking trails and excursions nearby. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here.
