Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for those who are paid in advance. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Peaceful natural area where you can go for a walk. Patio with awning, barbecue and sun loungers. Car is helpful to have as it is 3 km to the nearest bus. Parking is right outside the house, socket for engine heater. Electric car chargers are available for an additional charge. Cleaning for an extra charge.

A small perfect getaway in rural environment close to the city. The room shows an amazing view over Östersund city, Frösön and the lake. The appartment is newly built and fresh. Perfect for 1-2 persons staying for a while, or up to 4 persons if you just need somewhere to sleep. You will be surrounded by nature and animals. The cabin is situated in our garden. If you are in to horses we can offer tours with horse and carriage, or horseback riding.

Self-catering cottage in the mountains south of Åre and close to Vålådalen Nature Reserve. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee brewer. TV with satellite dish and digital receiver. Heating with heatpump and electric radiators. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Sauna in the joint facility. Two beds upstairs on the loft and two beds downstairs in a sofa bed. Porch to the south with beautiful views of the mountains.

Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.
