At the front there is a sun-proof terrace with extra dining area. In total there are two toilet/shower and upstairs you will find four bedrooms of which two with double bed. The villa is located about 10 minutes from ICA and good pizzeria. No smoking and not pets.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.
