Super nice and perfectly equipped apartment in Schwarzenberg. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with a view of the forest. This makes it incredibly quiet, which we enjoyed very much. When the weather is nice, you can relax wonderfully on the large terrace, which is directly adjacent to the apartment. We also loved the kitchen equipment with plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. By car, you can reach the starting point of many beautiful hiking routes in 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not meet Patrizia in person, but the communication was very nice! For small families or a group of 2-4 friends, we highly recommend the apartment!

We had a great night with our girls' group. Everyone was simply thrilled with the bright apartment and the great kitchen. Roswitha and Frank are very warm and accommodating hosts, which is why we felt comfortable right away!

The apartment is very close to the city center and has a grocery store, a nice café, and several restaurants nearby. The place was clean and had a good vibe. Anja was very responsive and always available to help. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend booking it.

We had a wonderful stay at the loft! The apartment is perfectly equipped, very clean, incredibly cozy and furnished with great taste – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is absolutely top, central and yet quiet. Nina was super helpful and friendly – we felt well taken care of all around and even baby equipment was provided to us. A very clear recommendation!

Breathtaking view from the living room! One bedroom and large full bathroom upstairs. Two bedrooms and smaller full bathroom downstairs. Comfortable beds. 25 minute walk to old town. Bus stop across the street or grab an Uber.

very nice apartment, very close to Augsburg, about 20 minutes ,in a rural setting. nothing is missing...and if it was the case , Hubert and his mom are there to help you... very helpful and pleasant person. i travel a lot for my work, especially in Germany, and I admit that I have rarely found a place of this quality at this price. i recommend it.

We had the most amazing stay here. Family of four (two teens). The space was perfect for us to spread out and enjoy the most gorgeous views. Walkable to everything. The grocery store was steps away. Our host was very responsive. He met us at the apartment to show us around and help us familiarize with the appliances, which was a huge help. We rented a car and there was a private under ground garage. A car wasn't necessary to stay here but that was a pleasant surprise. We would stay here again and again. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful and memorable.

I am very happy with my stay at the apartment. It's a small and very cozy studio, it was clean and quiet inside, all appliances worked. It was perfect for my short trip. Many thanks to Soulfactory, I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Rose and Claus and immediately felt at home. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. The courtyard provides direct relaxation. Rose and Claus are great hosts who try to take care of everything. For our little daughter, there was a travel cot, a high chair and lots of toys. The apartment is idyllic with great views and you have your privacy in the apartment in addition to great communication with the hosts.

The apartment had a perfect location, everything in the area was perfectly accessible on foot. Of course, there was always a lot of activity on Ludwigsstraße, but the direct view of the Zugspitze was simply breathtaking. A clear recommendation!

We felt very comfortable with Iva and Jasmin and had a wonderful time. The location of the apartment directly at the train station is great, we could reach everything on foot or by train. Supermarkets were also within walking distance. The apartment is very lovingly and aesthetically furnished. We particularly liked the open and well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Iva and Jasmin was very friendly and warm; questions were answered quickly and we even got great tips for the area. Staying with Iva and Jasmin is a real heartfelt recommendation!

Very nice and large apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is right in the center of Kempten, you can quickly get to the supermarket and the bakery. Can only recommend it.
