There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached between 10 and 20 minutes.
