The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

1-room apartment in Aparthotel Mittelberg

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Double room 75 sqm between Augsburg and Munich

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knights' Games? You'll be there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10Miunten away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Light-flooded loft in the Allgäu

The apartment is located in the renovated attic of an apartment building in the center of Zellerberg. Bad Wörishofen, Munich, Lake Constance, the castles in Füssen and the Alps can be reached in less than an hour by car. The booking includes 4 people. In addition to the bedrooms, the sofa or an air mattress in the living area can be used as a sleeping place. The apartment and garden are perfect for families or to meet with friends.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.

You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
