Waterfront holiday rentals in Oslo

Aina is a great host - really helpful and friendly. It’s a great apartment too - well equipped and within easy reach of the city either by walking or the bus that stops right outside the front door. No hesitation in recommending this for seeing Oslo city.

The location is great - newer, walkable area full of restaurants and close to the water. Inside was clean and included the travel crib and high chair we requested for our 10 month old. Staircase is steep, which was shown in the pictures, but took my 3 year old a bit to feel comfortable with it.

We stayed at the accommodation for two nights. The communication in advance was very good. The accommodation was easy to find and the parking lot was right in front of the door. The apartment was chic, clean and was super equipped. The view is particularly worth mentioning. This is simply awesome. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended

A fantastic apartment suitable for 3 to sleep, comfortably fit 5 of us in the outdoor patio for dinners. Agnethe welcomed us outside of the apartment and was very friendly and inviting. She not only communicated well and promptly, but went as far as leaving a detailed “guide” about the apartment and transportation routes nearby. The apartment itself is charming, with a gorgeous bookshelf featuring books in multiple languages and has a stunning view from the patio.

Location was great and Andrea was lovely! The apartment was so well decorated and cozy and the bed was very comfortable as well!

We had some minor changes checking in but Frida was quick to respond and very helpful! The place was clean and was in a great location that was easy to get around the city. Would stay again!

The communication with the host is very smooth and prompt. The scenery around the accommodation is good, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus, so transportation is good, and the grocery store is close, so I highly recommend it.

Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

We stayed 9 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and well equipped and has a central location. We did not meet the hosts in person, but they always responded quickly and were very friendly. We can recommend the apartment.

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

Very cozy house, plenty of space but still intimate. The fjord view for breakfast was wonderful! Nice streets to walk in. Jeanette was the perfect host. Kitchen with what you need. Nice modern bathroom. We'll take the trip again ☺️

Rural house with large and cozy outdoor area. Short distances to public transport, large and nice beach, football fields and shops/Holmen shopping center. We had a great time at Therese's house, and would love to come again. Therese was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries.

From the beginning, there was good communication via email and SMS. We were personally picked up from the train station and taken to the apartment. Great service. The apartment was huge, with a large living room and bedroom. The windows went from ceiling to floor, so it was very bright. You didn't hear anything from neighbors, you hardly met anyone. Very safe house. A downside was the non-adjustable air conditioning. After 3 days, we had gotten used to the noise (maybe we were too tired from the many museum visits and the fresh air to hear anything). Unfortunately, there was noise from outside in the summer time: the restaurant "After work" boomed with the disco basses up to the apartment. And the last night (Saturday before Pentecost) was really bad: the Akerhusfestning noise stage was set up, and from Saturday evening to Sunday morning at 5 a.m. this disco bass noise echoed over to us again. We couldn't sleep and had to get up again at half past four.....

It was really great, we just had to increase the price because instead of 2 people, 3 came. And even though there were no extra beds. Otherwise, everything was great 🙌🏽

Loved staying here! Its exactly as the photos but even better. I chose the place based on design and location and I was very pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the apartment and the neighbourhood! I would love staying again when back in Oslo! Thank you Cecilie!

We had a great stay at Inger Sofie’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and just a 3-minute walk from both the metro station and a supermarket. The host was very friendly and helpful, and we felt truly welcomed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

a very tidy, modern apartment in a very convenient location in Oslo. Trams and buses were nearby which made sightseeing very easy, and it was within walking distance of Oslo Central Station. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this apartment. It is located on the heights of Oslo, close to a pleasant natural environment, but perfectly connected by public transport that allows access to the center in about a quarter of an hour. The apartment is comfortable for two guests, the third bed is in a windowless room accessible through the bedroom and should be reserved for a child or occasional use. The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of convenient storage. The building has a shared rooftop terrace with lovely panoramic views of Oslo and the fjord. The hosts are friendly and helped us out very quickly and efficiently when we encountered a problem to operate an equipment that we were not used to. Thanks to them

Alex was wonderful, and went out of her way to make me feel at home and accommodate my needs. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. I will definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Oslo. Thanks for everything ❤️
