Excellent location, close to the mall, close to Parque do Povo, great for those who go running on the Marginal. Everything is very good.

Our stay was peaceful, the apartment was great, well located. Certainly when we return to SP, if the apartment is available, we will stay there. I highly recommend it!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Very good location, 20 min walk from Paulista and the nearest station (green and yellow lines). Very close to Augusta, so there is music noise at night but nothing that bothers you. It is in front of the Sírio Libanês, so it is a well-lit and busy place until night. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, the sheets and towels were very clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and has a water filter (important) and cleaning products if needed. The only thing I didn't like was that the reception asked me to leave the key when I left; I wouldn't do that under any circumstances. The Wifi is extremely slow and does not work: if you need to work from there, you will not be able to.

Clean and quiet place in a perfect area

Very good place for 1 or 2 people., very clean and organized. In the building the laundry and mini-market services are very useful and easy to use.

It's a very good place to stay. Cassia is a great host and a person who loves life.

The stay was great! Quick check in: upon arrival at the concierge, a small registration is required. The pictures are true to reality, nothing different. Heated pool and apparently a very safe area. It would surely come back, well worth the price! There are markets nearby, mall . Very well located!

Very central location, with bus stops nearby and a supermarket right next door. The accommodation was impeccably clean and organized, even with the check-in needing to be done a day earlier than we had agreed, as I needed to arrive earlier (the taxi I paid for was also super fair). In addition, Fernando and his wife were attentive to all the matters I needed to deal with (laundry and late checkout, for example), leaving us well supported and comfortable. I definitely have a place for when I need to go back to São Paulo.

The location is at the high point, next to the subway and close to the restaurants and bars of VILA Madalena. Very good! There is a wonderful cafe in front of the condominium building, and also close to the subway there is a very good bakery. The apartment is 100% as described in the listing, perfect.
