Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Osaka

The house we booked was a very beautiful house and our host Hiro is also an amazing person. it was a very private area and a very quiet and calm neighborhood. we enjoyed every moment we spend in the house. very comfortable and cozy. very well maintained and very neatly kept. all the items in his listing was provided. check in and check out process was smooth. Most importantly have to appreciate all the efforts put by Hiro our host by checking on us on a daily basis if everything is ok and are we short of anything through message and updating us with weather conditions and also providing us with recommendations on food and places to visit. he was very quick in his response. we never felt like a tourist in his place and neighborhood. he also made us feel very comfortable and felt like a second home. all his efforts and way of actions must be appreciated. we feel like going back again and again to this beautiful place. its worth it to book his house and 5 starts for Hiro and the house.

I really enjoyed my stay at this spacious place! The place had plenty of room to relax and move around, making it perfect for both work and downtime. The layout was open and comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for extra space and a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great value stay in a super convenient location. We appreciate that it’s within striking distance to tourist attractions but it’s still a quiet area. The host was super responsive and checked on us during checkin and during our stay. We had no problems at all with the accommodation.

Our family felt so at home at MIKI! The host prepared many pamphlets/documents to help arrive to the location smoothly and enter with ease. The house is a perfect mix of cozy, natural aesthetic with convenient, modern smart-home amenities. Obviously recently renovated and very clean / well designed. There are English translations of how to use all devices and machines which really helped. Our 8 year old son also loved the addition of board games and really enjoyed the comfy tatami futon. The area is convenient to the big NishiKujo train station (JR+others) but also has peaceful and quiet surroundings. Many konbini and grocery stores within a short walk. We will definitely visit here again! Thank you so much.

Our group had an amazing stay. The location was great! It was within walking distance to a lot of places and train stations. The home was spacious enough for our group of 8 and even had swim trunks provided for the jacuzzi on the rooftop patio which was a plus . Would recommend!

Beautiful traditional house! We loved the quiet atmosphere and we (2 adults + 2 kids) slept very well on the tatami futon beds. Location is great, lots to do at walkable distance. The narrow alleyway to enter the house surprised us but that was part of the experience and made it even more special. Easy check-in and check-out and good communication with the host.

This time, I traveled to Osaka with my family and used this room! When I entered the entrance, I was surprised by the more luxurious interior than I had seen in the photos.The cleaning was also meticulous, and I was able to use it very comfortably. We still have a child in elementary school, so we were worried about causing trouble, but we forgot about that and had a very meaningful time as a family in this room. My child's favorite was the theater room.We don't have a big screen at home to watch movies and anime, so it was a new experience for us! I also really liked the stylish bar counter.I was very satisfied with the unusual time of making simple dishes in the kitchen and drinking them as snacks, which was different from my usual life. It was impressive that it had good access to the main tourist spots in Osaka, and the host was kind and polite. For those who want to spend a relaxing time with their family and friends, we highly recommend this room where you can spend private time without worrying about the surroundings! Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use it again when I go on a trip to Osaka!

Spacious, cozy, clean. Great place!

We had a very pleasant stay at Masako's place in Osaka. We particularly enjoyed the area which had some great restaurants and a huge supermarket on the doorstep. After staying in several teeny tiny Japanese hotel rooms, it was really nice to have some space to spread out a bit and also, a washing machine and wine glasses! Thanks for a great stay Masako :-)

This Airbnb was excellent! The location couldn’t be better—super close to Temma Station, making it easy to commute to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. For those self-catering, there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and Temma Station is just a short walk away from Donki and Tamade offering cheap snacks and food. The place itself was very comfortable—great bath, toilet, and shower, plus a handy washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the summer heat. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka! The neighbourhood itself is very local, close to Tenjinbashi shopping street - much better than downtown Dotonbori.

The location is perfect for tourists, right next to metro and suburban lines and in the middle of the food and shopping district. The apartment was small but very clean, and we had no issues with noise. The host was responsive and we were able to have a great short stay.

Perfect for a traveler. For 2, it's a bit tight, but also feasible. Nora responded quickly and is very committed. The railway tracks next to it do not interfere and are barely audible. We'd love to come back!

If you want to be right in the mixer of Osaka. This Airbnb is great! All the shops and transport are walking distance. Even the night life is a 5min walk. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

Summer’s place was great. You can’t find a better location if you want to be right next to all of the action. The balcony provides great views and the apartment is very spacious. Summer was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. We really appreciated the flexibility and help with our early check-in! Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

Layla was responsive to our questions. Place was clean and everything what was listed. Bed was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Location was impressive - it was walkable to everywhere! Highly recommended especially Muslims as we discovered that there are 3 Halal restaurants that are just less than 5 mins walk! Would love to stay here again if we’re back in Osaka!

Nanba, Nipponbashi Station can be accessed on foot It has good accessibility. Also, Kuromon Market is nearby, and I was able to buy the necessary items within a minute's walk from the grocery store and convenience store. Thanks to the host's attentiveness, kindness, and quick responses, we were able to proceed with our schedule without any disruptions. My child wants to stay in the next Osaka trip.

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

Convenience and cosy place to stay. We stayed here for 9 days. Overall we enjoyed the amenities provided and it's a great location with less than 5 mins walk to subway.

We had a fantastic time staying at the unit The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—very close to 7/11 ( a few steps), Lawson & Family Mart about 400m cafes, train & bus station are so close and supermarket MaxValu nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and we would absolutely stay here again.
