Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Osaka

Naomi’s place was an excellent find. It had tons of room spread over three floors., its access was completely private via an elevator that went directly to the unit, its owner and host was very hospitable and provided us with the best accommodation experience we’ve ever had in Japan. We will definitely stay at this place again.. i cannot recommend it highly enough.

The place was clean with many bedrooms. It is close to the subway, Lawson (local convenience store), and Supermarket. You can travel almost anywhere on the subway. Shinya was very responsive when I asked for some recommendations. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient and close to many shops and a few stations. The unit was very clean and roomy for two families. We had an issue with the third floor air conditioning unit that the host tried to schedule a service call without success. They were kind enough to let us continue to use the unit even though the unit dripped water. One note is the stairs are super steep without any handrails. Seems like an easy solution for the safety of the guests.

It’s a nice house to live in and the host is nice and positive to respond

It was great stay, and we didnt have any difficulty during our stay. Host kindly allowed early checkin according to the situation at that time. It was so helpful for us to have a great start of our trip!

There were 6 adults and 1 elementary school student, a total of 7 people used it. There weren't many reviews. I was worried a lot because I didn't have one.I was worried for nothing... I think it's not long after remodeling... It was around 15 minutes from Namba Station. There is a Roshon convenience store and a grocery store right below it. Kuromon Market is also close. Dotonbori is also close, and Kyoto bus tour. It was also close to the gathering., The most important thing for a family trip for 7 people is washing. It was nice to have two bathrooms and two showers.In fact, my family booked here because there were two bathrooms and showers. It was so nice... The air conditioner was also new.The performance was also good. There may be likes and dislikes, but it was good for my family.There are 2-3 large suitcases in the room. I was able to eat food in the living room...

Yui is a wonderful host. She’s very responsive and gave me a lot of great tips. The place is in the middle of everything. Lots of great places to eat and shop within walking distance. It’s walkable to many different train stations and is easy to get to Universal Studio, Expo, train line to Kyoto. The space is very good for four of us. We enjoyed our stay!

It was nice that it was close to the station

First, I’d like to say this place was very close to both the Keihan Line and Tanimachi Line, which made getting around easy. Check-in was smooth as the host had already provided clear instructions. The unit was spacious, though the large beds left limited space between the bed frames and walls. The toilet didn’t have a heater, unlike most in Japan, but it wasn’t a big issue. It gave us a comfortable place to stay for our 2–3 days in Osaka. Family Mart is just a 2-minute walk away, and Lawson about 3–4 minutes. The neighborhood was so peaceful—a welcome breather after our busy tours around Osaka. Thank you so much! My only comment is that the internet connection was pretty slow. Other than that, everything was great!

In itself, the place was very compact and very good. Those who are only looking for something to sleep and wash are in good hands there. It's a bit tight, but not bad as long as everything is clean and tidy. The only annoying thing is the bridge when the cars are constantly driving up and down or the motorcycles or other things. This can sometimes help you get up even at night, but those who do a lot also have a good night's sleep. If we travel in Osaka again, we will be happy to book another visit to the accommodation. I can definitely recommend it.

It was the best accommodation for three adults and a child.I was worried that the accommodation was very small in Japan, but it was a generous accommodation even with 7 carriers spread out.It was nice that there were many restaurants on the way back to the accommodation after sightseeing. I want to tie up again next time.

I was hesitant at first bec of some negative reviews about the safety of the place as we are travelling with kids but since it was Golden week, still pushed through with the booking. And glad I did! From Shin-Imamiya, it was a 8-10mins walk, there was a clear instruction how to check-in. The unit was clean, blankets and washroom which Im very particular were also clean and new. We had slippers, all the basic amenities you’ll need. Washing machine detergent was even provided! There’s a lot of konbini, a 2 floor Don Qui and a Spa resort. There was a smell on the hallway when u go out because of the restau downstairs but it does not go inside the unit. AC cleanliness can be improved but overall, my family were satisfied and it was safe in the area! We were walking almost every night and although there were drunk men, they just mind their business.
