The stay was very pleasant, Laurine's house is very well connected. Cleanliness would need to be a little better. The marriage mattress would need to be changed. Otherwise we found the things we needed like salt, coffee and everything we needed in the kitchen.

We were more than delighted with our stay at Nadège and Christophe's. This is probably the first time we have seen so many nice touches in a home, very clean with tastefully chosen decor, our hosts leave us a basket filled with pastries, refreshments in the fridge, not to mention a bowl, toy and treats for our dogs. The room is beautiful with its pretty beams and we appreciate the little stars that shine when the light goes out... We also loved the courtyard, completely enclosed and without a view, we are like in a small cocoon, and it also sparkles at night!! A big thank you to our hosts for having the kindness to accept our dogs, who only had to cross the road to stretch their legs in the park located in front of the accommodation... This is an address that we will keep very carefully when we return to the Nantes region.

Pleasant stay in Catherine's accommodation. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing ("Not included" paragraph), there is no Wifi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because the cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to set aside enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

Had a great visit! A great welcome and impeccable accommodation. I loved the decor, which was done with a lot of taste, and the apartment was very functional. The terrace and garden give the impression of being in a small townhouse, it is quiet and peaceful. And the best part is the free and secure street parking space in front of the apartment. Very good stay in Nantes in this accommodation. Friendly host and accommodating for check-in time, the accommodation was clean and functional. Building a bit noisy and poorly insulated, on the other hand.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. Individual furnishings with a lot of love for design. The private apartment is located in a stylish house in the well-kept backyard, super quiet and yet in the middle of the center, next to the Passage Pommeraye. Nantes is a small city with so many sights, art, parks, beautiful shops and great restaurants. We would come back anytime and also stay with Bénédicte again!

Randy is a super responsive, courteous, friendly, welcoming host. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we of course recommend...

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)
