The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Newly built guesthouse that was completed 2021! Here you live with 2.8 km to the coastal pearl Hunnebostrand & its cozy community with its shops, ports & lovely bathing areas. The residence is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Countryside location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Ängens farm apartment

Angel's courtyard in Lane Ryr is on our old dairy farm from the 1800s. Here you can take a break and unwind with either a lovely walk in nature or enjoy a good book at our beautiful outdoor terrace located by the creek that meanders around the farm. If you would rather discover the shopping, the farm is 20 km from Torp or 20 km from Overby. 10 km from the center of Uddevalla. Please note that there is no municipal means of transport, the easiest way to get to the farm with your own means of transport.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Welcome to a bright and fresh Attefall house in central Svanesund! With 300 meters to the swimming area, 150 meters to the grocery store and 200 meters to the pizzeria. The house is well prepared with its own wifi, fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob. Washing machine and towel dryer are available in the bathroom. Electric car charger and charcoal grill are available. Sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Dining table with 2 seats that easily folds out to 4 seats.

Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.
