The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and docks. This listing refers to the lower apartment of the house. The hiking trail starts directly outside the gate and you can hike into the mountains or between the villages on Orust. The property is located in the south/southwest location with sun from the morning to the late night. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat place. On the jetty, it is done so that you can enjoy the whole day, as there are sun loungers, bathing ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. In walking distance you can rent kayaks, padel courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with great views out to the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. One with double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 bed.

From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
