Great places to stay for a trip to Europa park. Highly recommend

Very cosy and really clean black forest apartment. Thankyou for the time spent. We are not to much on our phone when we are on holiday but there is a lot of communication, so you have to like that. Further perfect stay.

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easy to reach on foot or by bus. The tourist tax definitely makes it worth using public transport. (Stop directly at the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all kinds of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the Allerheiligen waterfalls by car, for example. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. There is even a wood-burning stove for the cold days. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth one (or more) visits! A very clear recommendation for us :)

The apartment is located in one of the most charming alleys of the old city, caressed by a suggestive canal overlooked by the three bright windows (which can be darkened at night). Next to the entrance, there are two beautiful places to eat and drink something good; the general atmosphere is soft and the night is very quiet. With a few steps - or by using the tram, two minutes away - you have all the most significant places in the city at your disposal. The accommodation, on the first floor, is reached by a short flight of stairs. The interior is excellently maintained and cleaned with great care, tastefully furnished, with warm tones and materials, and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is small but functional. Ultimately, a very charming stay but, at the same time, very practical and pleasant. Check-in was held remotely due to my delay, but everything went very well: Christine is communicative, kind, and ready to give directions. Thank you very much, I will be back

We had a pleasant stay in this very clean, peaceful and neatly decorated accommodation. The environment is conducive to relaxation and disconnection. Hosts are welcoming and responsive. We can therefore only recommend this accommodation!

We had a lovely few days here, it was just what we needed to start our Black Forest holiday and relax in nature. We walked in the national park from the door. The hosts were super friendly and really helped us settle in: the home made apple juice was a particularly nice touch. It was easy to get back onto the main road for days out or trips to the supermarket. We’d recommend this to anyone who needs to take it slow and relax for a few days.

Beautiful apartment in the lovely and historic Petite France neighborhood. A few minutes' walk (or just down the stairs!) to great restaurants, cafes. Don was always communicative and attentive to needs.

Dear Elvira, We were in Strasbourg with our granddaughters from June 9-13, 2025, and we were able to stay with you during this time. The apartment is super nice, cozy and lovingly furnished and decorated. We didn't miss anything. For the teenagers it was a bit boring because it was quite outside but otherwise 1A ***. Karin and Wolfgang welcomed me very warmly and I immediately felt welcome in your house. They are very helpful and always available, wonderful conversation partners and tipsters and you feel comfortable and arrived from the beginning. It's all absolutely straightforward and it's the perfect place to relax or be active in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is optimal. Super clean and tidy, friendly furnishings and flooded with light. The sunny balcony offers a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and invites you to relax. The kitchen and bathroom leave absolutely nothing to be desired. The bed is very comfortable and guarantees a good night's sleep together with the incredible silence. What a great place, in between the woods. Walking distance from a really nice trail in the nature. enormous private Grass field. A great place just to relax, peaceful, and quiet .

This was truly the most beautiful home and location. We drove from Basel and it was easy to find. Great amenities. The home was absolutely spotless and well equipped. It was just stunning. With the views from full length windows to the stream and being able to walk out in to the forest. There were local goats which were a big hit with the kids. We had a teenage boy and 7 year old girl and both loved it. If you have kids, there is a theme park about 1 hour or so away and a beautiful swimming complex about 20 mins away. But honestly, just staying at the house and hiking was the best. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. The hosts met us to let us in and changed our check-in when our flight times were changed by the airline which helped so much. I can not fault it. Perfection.

A beautifully converted dairy stylish and chic. Lovely setting on the family farm. Warm welcome and great to be able to buy locally made produce direct. Well placed to visit sights in the Black Forest. Would visit again

Accommodation is very well located if you are looking for nature and peace with good amenities in general. The sauna is a real plus. The only small negative point is the lack of a telephone network, but it forces us to refocus on what is necessary 👌 The host came several times to see if we were missing anything and was lovely. I highly recommend it.

The entrance to the cottage is via number 9, and then follow signs for "Haus Frieden". You can enjoy peace and nature here, you only hear crickets, birds and frogs. It is wonderful to sit/eat and enjoy under the veranda. On the other side of the road, you can walk into the forest where you can follow various hiking trails, usually you will not meet anyone, it is that quiet. It is nice to walk to the village Ludwigswinkel and have a nice meal or a drink there. You can also easily walk to the next village through the forest, Fischbach. Here you will also find a supermarket, bakery and a tasty doner/kebab shop.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Black Forest at Helen's place. About a quarter mile walk from the train station, with loads of hikes nearby and a few walkable restaurants as well. Helen also provides you a card for the train and bus which makes exploring the area easy. The hot tub and sauna were also amazing!

It exceeded our expectations. The qualities of the house are even better than how they look in the photos. Accommodation with excellent comfort, cleanliness. With a very nice story. Apart from a very good location among the snowy mountains. It was a wonderful experience for us. We recommend it 💯%

This is a great place to stay in Colmar. Although parking is a bit of a problem and very expensive.

Torsten and Simone were wonderful and very attentive hosts. The apartment and the location were perfect, we lacked nothing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Marvellous hosts who couldn't do enough for us. They welcomed us in person and gave us some wine and beer! They were always available to answer any questions and to make suggestions as to what we should do. We loved the position by the little Brook and the balcony was really nice to relax on after a long walk! We loved the area and will definitely try and return in the future.

We enjoyed everything very much. The apartment is in a very quiet and picturesque location, away from the hustle and bustle. We felt like we had visited very close friends. Anika and her family are very friendly. We would love to return
