Apartment holiday rentals in New Orleans

Our stay was wonderful and the view was amazing at night!! We were in walking distance to most of what we wanted to do and the food in NOLA was amazing! The host was attentive and answered any question I had! Would stay again!

The property is nice, the area is very “New Orleans” and it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city from here. I’ll stay again if I’m back in NOLA

I love staying Uptown when in New Orleans! Brad's place was in a nice quite neighborhood walking distance to Oak Street (The Maple Leaf, lots of great restaurants). It was great to feel more local and be able to walk to nearby spots! Brad was quick to reply and made my ability to add an extra night smooth as can be!

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

Clean, walkable to French Quarter,Frenchman, and Armstrong park. Doors lock after you leave automatically so I felt safe. Also the lobby area was nice to use for work or to relax. Would recommend to anyone. Host was responsive and have great recommendations!

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t recommend this listing enough! Apartment is clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Host was very easy to connect with, gave clear instructions and was accommodating. Location was perfect for us- halfway between the Garden District and French quarter. Lots of nice coffee shops within walking distance. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and Air BNBs while visiting NOLA, David’s place is a level above that is unmatched. David is an extremely knowledgeable and proactive host that did everything he could to accommodate us and make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He was very flexible and checked in on us throughout our stay. The condo was pristine, comfortable, and private. Any time I am back in the New Orleans area I will definitely be booking with David and one of his properties again. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Very nice apartment close to French Quarter but far enough away to escape the crowds. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. The place is actually way bigger than it seems in all the pictures. It is also walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here!

great place to stay if you are visiting NOLA. Off street parking as well as plenty of street parking. 15 minute walk to Charles St, streetcar. if you dont want to walk, 3 minute drive to the stop with lots of street parking. close to the highway(10) if you are going to plantations or swamp tours and back to the airport. Super comfy beds. we loved our stay!!!!!

This was one of the comfortable airbnbs we have stayed in. Spacious apartment and the shower was large and beautiful with fantastic water pressure and temperature. Memory foam mattress and lovely pillows (not flat, not feather, not super thick!!!). Appreciated having a water boiler to make tea easily. The TV was a bit outdated and small, but did the job. Great communication with Jim. We loved waking up to the sound of singing, happy birds outside! ***this review above is for before our last night there, which we couldn't stay because a fire burnt the house severely and ruined almost all of our belongings with water and smoke...clothes, shoes, electronics, makeup, etc. But this is not the fault of the owner and I feel terrible for him, and for us, and wanted to write a review on how great the stay was before this tragedy.

Great location, clean and secure. Location was within walking distance of everything. Communication was immediate and appreciated.

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough. Very convenient location and very safe, walkable neighborhood. Located above a bakery, and on the same block as a tapas restaurant and the best ice cream spot in New Orleans. We’re moving cross country so it wasn’t ideal carrying a lot of heavy luggage up the stairs, but if we were traveling light like we normally do, it would be no big deal. Lots of natural light in the apartment and cozy decor. Our host was friendly and very responsive! And our favorite thing about this place was the location! Thank you!

Such a perfect spot for our weekend trip to New Orleans! The location was great on a nice quiet side street just steps from Magazine Street. The house was so charming and had plenty of room. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in between our New Orleans adventures. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to NOLA.

Great location to access the Quarter and plenty of shopping and dining

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

10/10 Highly Recommend ! This was my boyfriend’s and I second time staying here. Everything is as pictured and the hosts are very responsive. I’m already thinking about coming back the end of June. Thanks for everything and providing a home away from home.

This was a great place to stay, though it was pretty bare bones in the kitchen and as far as furniture goes. Never did find bedding for the pull out couch and the tv didn’t work but the host tried to help with both of those issues. Location for ease of the streetcar was great!

Great location & comfortable space. Beds were very comfortable too! Having access to a parking space in the garage is a huge value add. The neighborhood is central to walking downtown or towards the Garden District. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops close by. We loved it & hope to return.

Nice, quiet location — approximately a 15 minute uber from anywhere in the city you would want to visit. Very clean and the pool was a great plus. Only note is that the kitchen is not fully stocked — you have to buy your own oils, spices, coffee, sheet pans, etc.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.
