Holiday rentals in Orihi

The house is a gem compared to the buildings nearby, something special. We felt very comfortable and the hostess is very pleasant. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation there.

There were 4 of us in Miljenka's incredibly beautiful place. We were able to relax and unwind well. The area is very quiet. Everything was clean and we will definitely vacation there again! However, there was no detergent for the washing machine, at least we did not find one. And there were only 2 tabs for the dishwasher, we needed more. Also, there was no oil for cooking and no salt and pepper. No tragic things for us, but in our opinion an important information.

Our stay here was great, I would definitely recommend! We stayed as a group of 16 friends and the location was perfect. The two houses were well equipped, especially the second house with the games room, gym and sauna. The host was really welcoming and greeted us with a shot and some cake on the first day! The location works really well and is easily situated to access all the local towns/cities along the coast. There is even a local shop that was very useful for picking up some essentials. I would definitely come stay here again, thanks for a great time.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

beautiful apartment great host

Great house for people who love atmosphere and appreciate a lovely fragrant garden. The house is old but is super. Cabinets do not close well, nice spaces with wonderfully lived-in furniture. We love the house!!! The detached cottage in the garden was also a solution. My son and his family were able to bivouac there. The rest in the big house. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful paths where it was great hiking with the dogs. And what a nature and what butterflies, insects, snakes, foxes and what else. Our problem will be mainly in the waste. We had the containers emptied as discussed but still had a lot of waste I didn't mind it for us, but I felt bad for the manager and the next tenants. All in all, if you are looking for atmosphere, a good host and beautiful surroundings, this is your home. All the nice places can be reached within 40 minutes. Neatly made beds and a good restaurant in the village itself. Pizzas everywhere..
