House in a quiet place and very well equipped, just ok that we were looking for, we spent a few fantastic family days enjoying everything the area has to offer

an excellent family home, with a lot of charm and super nice. The 5 rooms are excellent, everyone has their touch of glamour and has several bathrooms, maybe one of them would need a longer curtain but all very good and complete. The social area is pleasant, good living and a good dining room integrated into the kitchen. Despite being December, we were able to enjoy the garden and the terrace, very nice and very green. The heating is perfect and the owner who lives in front of the owner who lives in front of how the we were going through. Maybe because it was from RIoja and good wine consumers and being in the party period we needed drinks. The house does not have a drink, I imagine how many will have broken them in previous rentals. Although per old night they left us the detail of a few plastic cups for cava that worked for the toast. The beautiful village, the area of the spectacular house, with very well-kept gardens, Lanes is very close and the silence is magical. A family house to repeat

The stay was great. The setting is beautiful and unique. The house is perfect, very cozy. The host was super attentive and provided us with endless plans and places to visit. Jacuzzy is quite an experience. Ideal to spend a few days of dreaming as a couple. Highly recommended.

Comfortable old house with a nice patio . We were two families, 9 people together, and spent a nice holiday here. Four bedrooms, three batrooms, big living room and a kitchen - enough space for everyone. The patio is good for grilling, Lupa supermercado is just one minute by car. A beatiful beach just five minutes by car.

Good, functional home, good use of the limited space. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The garden stands out, very useful to have a side access and outdoor shower, especially when coming from the beach. Small kitchen but well equipped. Conveniently located to walk to Pechon beach, on a quite little area next to town. Very responsive hosts, clear instructions, everything as they said it was. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

A nice and quiet place, the house nice and with what you need, we rent it to go to the haystack station which is 30 minutes from there, asique great. Recommended

We had a lovely stay at Francisco and Monica's house. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed its decoration, we felt good there. The area is very nice (discovery of Aguilar and small family hikes), perfect! We recommend for a quiet, quiet, exotic and refreshing holiday.

Very nice, clean and cozy cottage. We felt right at home Quietly located, but all easily accessible, restaurant and bar within walking distance. Great swimming coves with sandy beach and stunning cliffs. Definitely worth a visit. Julio José and his wife were very nice hosts, thank you very much for three relaxing days.

The house was wonderful, with all the comforts, very clean, very equipped, very comfortable. Nestor has been super attentive and very attentive to everything, he has given us flexibility at the entrance and at the exit. It has done us several favors that we needed for personal family issues. The house is very close to Gijon, the beaches and the beautiful villages of Asturias (cudillero, letres, luarca, lanes, cangas de Onis) 100% recommended.

Very great location, right on the beach. Not much going on in the area during the season (many apartments are empty.) Josete was very accommodating and communicated very well and helpfully. The house is lovely. Too bad that there is no balcony facing the sea on the living level (on the first floor) (but there is a dining table in the back and it is also sunny and windless there). In the basement, we were rarely on the terrace, as you have to go through one bedroom and we didn't want to always drag everything down. We would definitely come back…

The house is a real marvel, a paradise in Meluerda, 3 mins from Ribadesella. The house is just as it is in the photos, beautiful. The host's service: unbeatable. We had an unforgettable family weekend. 100% recommendation. Moreover, we know we will repeat.

We had a great time at Borja's place. We were two couples with children and were at home. Borja was always very communicative and giving clear instructions about check-in and about the house itself. A perfect stay, clean and cozy. The accommodation's location is unbeatable, very close to the beach and mountain, in the heart of nature. We have traveled with children and dogs, and everyone has enjoyed it very much. It's been 3 nights and she knew us little by little, I'm sure we'll repeat. Ignacio’s townhouse was spacious and each of the four of us (4 friends from Aus) had our own own bathroom. Two seperate living rooms and front and rear private courtyards were great as well. 3-4 minute walk to the beach, then a beautiful beachfront promenade. We loved Ribadesella and Ignacio’s house. We’d certainly stay again if in northern Spain.

I loved the views from the house and Ana is very friendly and helpful. The house is large and spacious and even has a playroom that the girls really enjoyed. We didn't want for anything

We were looking for a few days of rest away from the city and the heat, and that's exactly what we found! The house is on the first floor with a terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The garden, which Maria personally takes care of, is an impressive green, very well cared for, with space to rest and a barbecue area and table. The pool, if the weather is good, is the icing on the cake! Maria recommends what you need and is super attentive to all the amenities you need. She lives on the ground floor, but respects your privacy at all times. If we return to Asturias, we will count on her house again.
