Very good value for money. The accommodation has all the necessary functional amenities. The house is very cozy and the location superb. Morning views of the peñas give incredible peace. The area has many possibilities of plans of all kinds of plans of nature.

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

The experience was amazing. The apartment is beautiful, in a central and quiet area, it was very clean and everything was very comfortable. I went with my parents since I had an eye operation and Noemí was very attentive, close and kind, and they were all facilities. He took great care of us and made sure nothing was wrong. If I go back to Oviedo, I'll repeat for sure because the apartment was amazing and the experience was great. The decoration is amazing!!! Wow, I have no complaints, not one, one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in!

The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is new and works very well. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very pretty. Verónica was very nice and helped with everything. I would go back at any time.

We were a group of 11 people and we were very comfortable, the house was very clean and spacious, for each family we had almost our own bathroom, there were 4 bathrooms. The owners are very attentive and helpful, and the area where it is located is close to the village and the descent of the Sella, Arriondas, Cangas and beautiful tourist sites to see. To be repeated without hesitation.

We had a great time at the house. It has everything you need. The location in a very nice quiet village next to Cabezón de la Sal and a few minutes' drive from the beach. Rocío is very nice, she gave us directions for things to do nearby and recommendations for places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

Everything's perfect. The apartment is located at the entrance of Lastres, so from the entrance and balcony there are great views. Also, in front there are quite a few places to park. As for the house, it has everything you need to make the stay pleasant: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV and table to get together to eat, play... Rooms with comfortable beds and full bathrooms. In addition, the balcony of the en-suite room is very nice. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

The garden is clean and very pleasant, with a special place for barbecuing and outdoor dining. All the rooms in the house are clean and spacious, the beds are good quality. the large ground floor room with TV, games and table for 10/12 people is an undeniable plus and allows families to find a very versatile room. in short, nothing to say, it just lacks a few kitchen utensils, otherwise it's perfect. you can go there without a second thought.

We lived for a month and are happy with everything) The windows overlook the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like at home. At night it is quiet, comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, Slavianka store is a 15-minute walk, and the sea is 16 minutes away. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the house has a good atmosphere)

Beautiful clean apartment located a few minutes' walk from the bus and train station. Close to the historic area of Oviedo where there are plenty of tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. Good communication with the host and very warm welcome on arrival. We recommend it.

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

A spectacular, comfortable, all new apartment, all the comforts you can imagine. Mariam a pleasure as a woman, they left us breakfast for the whole stay, chuches and biscuits for the children. If I go back to Oviedo, I'll go back to Benjamin's.

Elisa's place is perfect. Quality price of 10. Just like the pictures. Everything spotless. The place is in a quiet area and having a garage space included is a lucky one. Elisa was super friendly. We travel with our baby and apart from the perfectly prepared cot, he left us extra set of towels and toys for him!He also left us a bottle of water, milk and other breakfast things and even a souvenir cup. Super thoughtful! If we return to Oviedo it will definitely be at this accommodation. Thank you very much for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Oviedo! The location was perfect—quiet during the week and just a short walk to great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The apartment was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with beautiful lighting and plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities for daily life, and staying for 5 weeks was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean, and check-in was easy. The host was kind and accommodating, especially when our flight was severely delayed. There is some street noise on the weekends, but as long as the windows and doors are closed, it really isn’t an issue. We felt right at home here—highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. You couldn't ask for more. Great detail to have what you need for breakfast. A place that makes it easy for you to get to know the area because it is well connected. Luis very kind and helpful. The cleaning was totally satisfactory. A good fit for the stay. I usually go on getaways to the nearby area of Boñar, so I will repeat my stay on another occasion.

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

We loved our short stay in Vis, it’s a beautiful village up in the hills and close to many hikes and good local restaurants. Jenny was the perfect host - friendly, helpful and the breakfasts and dinner were excellent, full of fresh ingredients. Skip the border collie who kept an eye on us and joined us on the terrace was a bonus! We were sad to leave.

I had a lovely time at Repelao. I stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful location. The best thing was having a restaurant in the same building with really good food. I came with my bike and there's so much to do if you're an outdoorsy person.

Beautiful guest house in a stunning location. Views of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking. Very friendly and exceptionally helpful hosts. The steep driveway up to the house is quite challenging but well worth it.

Very friendly staff, even though we are not fluent in Spanish, we managed to communicate efficiently. The accommodation is located in a very small secluded village, but offers everything you need. I would recommend other visitors to eat at the accommodation, they offer amazing local dishes that are very tasty. Thank you Yolanda!

Wonderful stay, in a renovated Asturian house and decorated down to the last detail. The common areas such as the living room or other rooms are cozy and comfortable and invite you to enjoy them. Entering the room is to think about relaxation, with everything you need, the mattress and super comfortable pillows. Finally, the buffet breakfast with 100% natural products and homemade items is worth noting. Elena is very nice, treats you with care and delicacy and transmits a sense of peace. We will definitely be back. It's one of those places you should visit! Totally recommended 💯

We had a great pleasant stay, in a very well located place in relation to the various sites to visit. Our hosts were always attentive and gave good advice. We were very comfortable at Laura's house. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a large wardrobe and sideboard for clothes. The private bathroom is a luxury. Breakfast is ideal to start the day. Laura has two kittens who are adorable and curious, we loved having them around during our stay. Laura is a great person, very kind, with whom we had long and interesting conversations. I highly recommend her place.
