El alojamiento impecable y el anfitrión, muy amable, no se puede pedir más, todas las facilidades para un alojamiento con una ubicación inmejorable. el ascensor habría sido la guinda pero eso no está en manos del anfitrión, por lo demás la ubicación merece la pena y como digo la atención compensa. muy recomendable.

Es la segunda vez que vamos ya que el alojamiento es espectacular, está muy céntrico para no tener que coger el coche para nada, zona muy tranquila , el horario de llegado y salida es flexible con lo que ayuda a no tener prisa, la comunicación es constante. El piso tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan. Volveremos .....

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado y cerca de todos los lugares de interés de Gijón, muy limpio y cómodo, Kathia estuvo muy atenta y amable, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos en este apartamento.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral in Gijón gelegen und dabei trotzdem ruhig. Alles (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zum Meer und zum Stadtzentrum ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung selber ist schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Shampoo, Spülmittel und Tücher waren sehr hilfreich. Bei einem Problem im Badezimmer wurde sich auch spät abends noch gut gekümmert und innerhalb von einer Stunde ein Klempner organisiert, der alles schnell behoben hat. Insgesamt ist das Apartment für einen Trip nach Gijón zu empfehlen!

Apartamento en una zona inmejorable de Gijón, de fácil acceso con un parking de pago muy cerca. Espacios verdes justo enfrente y la playa y el centro a un tiro de piedra. El piso coincide con las fotos, es acogedor y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Pedro te atiende a la llegada y fue muy amable. Recomendable!

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

Cristina’s place is very clean and well kept. The location is amazing to enjoy the town and the view is incredible. She provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Charo estuvo fantástica, el dúplex es precioso con unas vistas estupendas, estancia super agradable, piscina, jacuzzi y entorno fantástico. Un plus la plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Estancia de 10. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Charo.

El alojamiento coincidía con la descripción y las fotos. Un lugar tranquilo para pasar un fin de semana con amigos. Patricia fue muy amable y nos dio varias recomendaciones. Repetiría sin duda.

Sonja hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Blick auf den Fischereihafen. Jederzeit wieder!

Apartamento muy bien situado, con parking público a menos de 5 minutos. La casa es tal cual viene en los anuncios. Está todo muy cuidado, tiene menaje de cocina suficiente y todo está muy limpio. Raúl nos atendió muy rápido todas las dudas que le planteamos. Apartamento para repetir!

Pour résumer dès que vous rentrez dans l appartement je vous conseille de regarder dans le détail les objets placés dans les moindres recoins avec beaucoup de finesse . This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

What a wonderful place! hard to imagine ever getting tired of the views across the river to San Vicente town with the beach in the foreground and the Picos de Europa mountains in the background from this wonderful little apartment. Great communication throughout - would absolutely love to come back.

Tolle Unterkunft und nette Vermieterin. Es lohnt sich morgens den Sonnenaufgang anzuschauen!! Super schön und man sieht morgens schon die ersten Surfer im Wasser. eine deutsche Surfschule ist direkt 100m daneben. Nach dem surfen kann auf der Terrasse eine Duschparty starten. viel Spaß!
