House holiday rentals in Orient Bay

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The view is beautiful and can be throughly enjoyed with outdoor set up (pool, loungers, table etc) We loved how the patio doors fully opened and tucked away creating an amazing indoor/outdoor living space. The beds were firm (but amazingly comfortable) although they could use some more pillow options. They were all very thick and hard. AC in the bedrooms worked well and the pool was clean. Check in was easy. Our host answered any and all questions quickly. We have been to sxm many many times and Anse Marcel has been our favorite area thus far. Beautiful area, Beautiful beach. We would absolutely return here.

Hidden gem! Such a beautiful home and thoughtfully put together. We had a child and the house felt so safe even the pool had an alarm if a child fell in. The house has everything you need and more. We will be back again!

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!

Breathtaking view on the ocean, private pool for yourself is a + beds are very comfortable and clean, however the bathroom would have needed more cleaning before we arrived. The whole hosting team is responsive and ready to assist for any question, easy parking, close to a quick drive to services, restaurants and Pinel island ferry.

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Julie’s place is a great spot in a quiet location near Anse Marcel beach. We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

We had a wonderful stay over March break with my family. Anne Claire's place was the perfect setup for our 19 month old. The pool had a safety fence which made being outside easy and safe. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location was perfect - 5 min from Orient Beach, 5 min to Super-U groceries,7 min to Grand Case, 10 min to Anse Marcel. Car rental is a must.

Very satisfied with my stay . The accommodation is identical to the photos , modern and recent so very pleasant to stay there. I would highly recommend it!!

The house was as nice as it looked in the photos. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance from everything in Orient Bay. Sophie was very helpful, informative and responsive. I think she was a model hostess.

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

By far my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great communication. House was super clean, and pictures don’t do it justice. There local rep was super helpful and accommodated to our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about visiting Saint Martin.

The home was great, very spacious and clean, great chill area and the host was very helpful. I will definitely come back and do recommend.

The place is in a great location and very nicely decorated! We had a little trouble locating this place using googke maps but Yohan was quick to respond and give directions. Would stay here again :)

Marine's villa was perfect for our family of four. We never felt uncomfortable about our neighbours. Very clean and new and stylish decore. We walked to the Orient Bay village (restaurants, groceries etc.) in about 15 minutes. The only problem we had was when we arrived we were not greeted as expected and we had to make our entrance creatively around the closed gate to find the beautiful house clean and ready. The arrival instructions (in French and English) were good but not perfect. The wifi is impossible inside but ok near the pool. Host is very friendly. We hope to return.
