Cove Casa was the ideal getaway - clean, stylish, and peaceful with stunning views of Indigo Bay. The location was perfect: close to great restaurants, entertainment, and within a short drive to the port for our St. Barths ferry. Fritz and Wei were very responsive and made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Brad is one of the best host we have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his guest. His home is absolutely perfect. The view is unmatched. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you could possibly need. You would not regret booking Brads gorgeous home. We are still dreaming of the views from the back patio.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it so convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was top-notch—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was definitely the pool! It was pristine and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Love the home it was exactly as pictured and location was great from all the night life and restaurants we wanted to attend. Host was very responsive. I love the private beach & privacy of the home. The camera didn’t really bother me it’s only points to the pool I still had privacy in the back corners on lounge chairs . The neighborhood safe and quiet. My only con was that it was no dryer instead you have to air dry idk not my thing and don’t hire Andy or his company for taxi service we were charge 90$ to be driven to the nightlife one day and was promised that it would be 90$ again next day instead was charged 150$ by one of his drivers and he did nothing to accommodate or even help. I did tell the host but I’m also understanding not to blame her. Just drive your rental they’re pretty lenient on driving saw a few dui lol and it’s not hard at all use Google maps. We absolutely loved our stay at this villa—it was one of the most luxurious and beautiful places I’ve been. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted with stunning views and an incredible infinity pool that feels like it blends right into the horizon. Every room opens directly onto the pool, which makes the whole space feel open, airy, and seamlessly connected to the outdoors. The villa itself is spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in closet and a stylish lounge area that’s perfect for relaxing. Every amenity you could need is thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. Outside, the lush garden adds a peaceful, tropical vibe, and the private parking is a great bonus. Our host, Dmitri and local guide Greg, were excellent—super helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Truly a five-star experience in every way. Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a private getaway.

There’s not many Airbnb’s that are better than the pictures. Coralie’s place was beautiful, incredibly clean and thoughtful. Everything that was needed to enjoy our stay was there, and more. The house was in a very peaceful neighborhood in St Martin and close to the most beautiful beaches. Would absolutely stay there again. Communicating with Coralie was easy and she was very responsive. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

Stop looking and book this house!! This is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! Angie was amazing, she met us at the house on check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the local beaches, restaurants etc. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so everyone having their own bathroom was great. We spent a ton of time lounging in the pool and hanging out at the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place, beautiful house with lots of amenities. Elodie was very responsive and even provided some extra amenities for our kids. The view is fantastic and our kids loved the heated pool. It’s a perfect place to watch the sun set. The house offers a few shady spots during the day but not too much. Very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped. Large and comfortable beds! Having kids, the layout of the house is great, all is on one floor. The only small downside is the noise from the street, it’s not too much and not very disturbing but fast cars or construction work is noticeable when relaxing on the terrace. Overall I would definitely recommend the place!

This Airbnb was exactly as described; it is a beautiful property with amazing views. Maia is an amazing host, and her staff are very attentive. We were met at the airport (rental car office) and guided back to the property. The house is located on the resort property and is gated in order to enter. The house is large with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our family of 4 adults never felt cramped or invaded. The bedrooms are all large with private balconies or a patio. You definitely need a car as there is anything in walking distance once you leave the resort property. We didn't utilize the resort amenities other than the day we arrived and ate at the bar & grill. Overall, this is a great house and you will be very pleased if you choose this property, we loved it!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

A great villa, centrally located just outside Grand Case. Spotless and well equipped. Véronique was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great house with well apportioned amenities and supplies of all sorts. Plenty if towels, soaps, cleaning agents, and just about anything you would need in a home without worry. The grounds are great as well with a functional grill. You will need a front wheel drive car to get up the drive way or jeep. We had a mini van but it was too light in the rear to make it up the driveway which is a fairly steep incline. We needed the exercise anyway! Great home!

This property is perfect for one or two couples. Ideally located near Marigot and Grand Case, and within 30 minutes to Orient and Anse Marcel. Beautiful views of Marigot Port area and coastline from the generous wrap around porch. Tess and team are some of the best hosts we've ever encountered. (we've stayed at more than one dozen villas throughout the Caribbean). H The Welcome Book is fit for professional publication. Extremely good detail on restaurants, shopping, TTD'S, etc. Decent pool and surrounding patio. Interior of villa is new and fresh and clean. All things work! Quiet neighbors (not a place to bring loud friends) The French side Rocks and this Villa is perfect in all ways. We will be back.

We had a phenomenal stay at the villa. The daily housekeeping is worth splurging on. Our host was so kind, and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay again. The pickle ball court is a really nice added touch. Also- the gentleman who will get you fresh coconuts from the trees in the yard is so kind as well. The villa is incredibly private but not so remote that you feel unable to access the excitement if you want it. Again, kudos to Angie, our host, she’s a gem!

This might be my top airbnb experience! Every corner of the home was beautifully designed, the patio and pool were stunning, and the location felt very safe. Vanessa was the best host. She was always available to answer questions, gave great recommendations, and welcomed us with open arms. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone coming to St. Martin.

The house was perfect size for our party 5 adults 1 child. Getting into the house was a little confusing as there are 2 entry points and one you don’t need a key to open main gate to neighborhood which we didn’t know and the other which you do need a key to open the gate which we didn’t know. But after waiting a bit we just followed a car in. The drive way is steep and is tight so smaller the car the better. Lots of 6 point turns. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is large with lots of plates and cups but knives are dull as butter knives. There is not storage containers or cooking materials like tin foil or parchment paper. We went during off season so not a lot of restaurants open, if you come during busy season prob not a big deal as you can easily go out. Wi-Fi was not good at all which was hard with also bad international phone service. Judith was nice and easy to communicate with and perfect location on French side with many beaches within 15 min drive or less.

This place was absolutely incredible! If you're a family or a group of friends, stop and don't look elsewhere as Villa "Be Happy" is just for you. This house was stocked with every item one could possibly ask for! The place was also immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The upstairs porch had the most magnificent sunset views and views of Anguilla. The location is on point with Friar's Bay and Happy Bay only a short walk away. Going to the beach is so easy from here amongst nature plus you have the option of Grand Case nearby. From the moment we booked Alize and her team were on fire to make sure we had the best stay. Yoann was absolutely incredible and had the best restaurant recommendations. He really made our trip special and everything he said or booked was true to his word and EXCELLENT. If I could give this place six stars I would. A very special location. You will not be disappointed at "Be Happy".

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in St. Martin. The location is perfect — just minutes from beautiful Orient Beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Peaceful, private, and close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of the island!

A wonderful 2 weeks at the Villa which was clean and spacious. The 200 degree view from the porch was fabulous with Mountains to the west and ocean to the east. The sense of seclusion came from having this huge view, but not seeing any people moving about. Goats on the hillside, but no people. Food at a different restaurant every day was fabulous. Washing machine was used. James picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We took advantage of his rental car. Smart move by us. Beaches just 15 minutes away. Roads are narrow and twisty. No room for walking until you go to Philipsburg or out by the airport. No bike riding. But sun and more sun! A little bakery and two terrific restaurants 3 minutes away by car. Occasional power outages, some unique to the Villa, one in the community. We ate breakfast in daily. TV was in French, so we watched Netflix on our laptop. Enjoyed the pool. James was friendly and responsive as needed. A wonderful two weeks.
