Family-friendly holiday rentals in Orient Bay

Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a fantastic week celebrating my birthday at Joes place. The huge condo was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and immaculate. The large balcony overlooking the lushess garden, turquoise water and white sand was amazing. The restaurants, stores, beaches and supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff Vanessa and Madoo were extremely accommodating with booking tours, taking photos and making reservations. The Santino catarmaran cruise, and Rose island tour was great. Joe and staff were extremely accommodating making our stay a wonderful experience

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

We had an amazing 10 days stay at Véronique’s place. The accomodation looks even better in real life. Spotless clean, great private outdoor lounge area with the jacuzzi, and outdoor shower. The location on the island is centrally located and perfect to discover the surroundings without to much driving. Véronique provided us with great local tips and is a super responsive and friendly host. We travelled with a young todler and the house has everything you need. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour! ☀️

Beautiful place and location. The apartment had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the apartment so you don’t have to pay $30 or $50 for 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. There are 2 amazing pools. Everything was perfect.

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

Our stay at Delphine was great, the location of the flat is excellent in Orient Bay, we enjoyed it a lot. The little patio is really nice and the flat is well equipped. I recommend!

Very nice clean condo and super good a few feet from the pool and close to the lagoon. The beaches are beautiful, on the island, but it takes a car to get around. There is a grocery store nearby, let's say about a hundred meters. Air conditioning very functional and Régis despite being remote and very responsive and responds promptly. I recommend this location.

Stop looking and book this house!! This is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! Angie was amazing, she met us at the house on check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the local beaches, restaurants etc. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so everyone having their own bathroom was great. We spent a ton of time lounging in the pool and hanging out at the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! The studio was perfect for my needs and was within a short drive to everything you want to see. The sunsets from the patio were beautiful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island as taxis will add up quickly. Free parking right in front of the building. Nadia was very communicative with check in and check out. My flight was delayed and the hosts were accommodating with a slightly later check out time so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours and hours.

We really enjoyed this place: very quiet and semi-private, sincethere are tenants in the other condos. This allowed us to get to know more about the area! The space is comfortable and met all of our expectations. The air conditioners in the bedrooms work very well, the kitchen offered everything we needed to cook (we had almost all our meals there), and Isabelle even bought a blender for us, the lounge area is comfortable and the terrace is very large. The pool is a big bonus to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a small library where you can borrow books (the majority in French). The village is really peaceful, everything is within walking distance: bakery, 5 minutes; Coralita beach, 8 minutes; Dawning beach, 15-20 minutes and several hills; four restaurants, 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive (Carrefour, Super U). We'd be happy to go back!

Casa Mia was absolutely spectacular! Virginie was so helpful when we checked in - giving us a guided tour and fun ideas throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful tastefully decorated, well equipped, has terrific views of Pinel Bay, and the neighborhood was so wonderfully quiet and private. We only worried that it was a little out of the way when doing activities in Simpson Bay or Philipsburg, but it was not the case, as we were able to roam the entire island easily, and as well there is also plenty to do at nearby Grand Case and Orient Beach. It fit our needs perfectly, and we hope to stay there again in the future.
